I can relate to your weight loss Lee. Even though I ate like a horse (including 2 dinners every evening), I lost about 4kg during my 1300km pilgrimage in Shikoku. Enjoy this time, and eat up!
I can relate to the weight loss. After I started climbing and logging miles regularly a bone showed up in my sternum. A chat with the doctor identified it as the ‘xiph·oid proc·ess’. Crazy name. He reassured me that it was normal and told me not worry about it and keep riding…Loosing weight is great but there are some side effects ! I will be supporting your donation campaign 👍
Yikes, that's a weird one! Personally I like to be about 80kg and have some upper body muscle, 76 for me is too gaunt, however, I shale pedal on, and eat like a horse come Tuesday the 30th ;-) Many thanks for the donation, much appreciated!
