Hey everyone, Brian here! I’m kicking off a new series of vlogs where I'll be sharing insights and experiences from running a marketing agency and my journey as an entrepreneur. In this first video, I discuss why I haven’t done many videos on this platform and why I’m changing that now.
I also dive into some key themes from my book, "The Lonely CEO," which explores the isolation many business owners feel, especially those leading small to mid-sized companies. I talk about the challenges of being at the top, like handling multiple roles and not being able to share certain worries with your team.
I share advice from my business coach about the impact of a leader's mood on their employees and offer some tips on combating loneliness at the top, such as establishing a strong morning routine, seeking outside support, and joining CEO groups.
