@@howareyou2439 Hi, sure. Shadow work is basically exploring the parts of yourself you've been surpressing, bringing it to the surface of the conscious mind and assimilating it. Usually we as children grew up with limiting beliefs, thinking we're defective and never once challenged these belief. So it's basically just therapy but you're the therapist. I believe Carl Jung once said "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will continue to run your life and you will call it fate." EDIT: Typos of extreme proportions lol

I am an INFP which is the most emotional type which is true. However it says INFPs are in the top 3 most intelligent personalities. My Iq is 134

your only as ugly as you believe yourselves to be, in my opinion your probably beautiful because you go against the grain of the world, such as i do. with mental strength follows physical strength and will, and with that follows physical beauty. it wont be easy, when you discipline yourself to do what most cannot, you stand out on top, and others desire you and even may envy. an example is every morning do 30 pushups, you will not want to, but do it anyways. that is mental discipline. in time it will become the norm and you will do more, and in time you will be beautiful mentally and physically. so how much to you want it? its up to you to start now after you read this, do 30 pushups even though you dont want to, and do it every day. i believe in you. now go believe in yourself my brother!

your not alone my brother.. i promise. ive been alone in my own solitude for nearly a decade. my standards are to high for a woman to satisfy me mentally, and tired of being let down by their low grade garbage ways. its not your Faught, your not the one in the wrong here, they are. and just as rare as your physical and mental being may be, is also as rare as finding your equal in that manor. i believe i will never find mine, and at this point ive accepted that, and learned to focus on myself and what i can do today to make my life better tomorrow. if you can live by that and stay dedicated to it day after day, look at where you find yourself in a year. your strong my brother, i know this to be true because you are like me. you need to prove it to yourself, 1 thing a day, 1 day at a time. you got this! prove it to yourself how strong you actually are.
