She's so great, how people cannot see that and call her 'ugly' and 'unfit' for the role is beyond me. Unlike other actresses I've seen in similar roles, she portrays the role of a strong goddess with grace and most importantly, it looks believable and natural not forced and overacted. Most of the actresses I've seen in similar roles can hardly hold and position the sword well into their hands, yet they're supposed to play this goddess that instills fear and respect in people. It's ridiculous. The casting was right, she's perfect.

I became her fan because of her acting in this drama! Many people ridiculed her, they say she's not fit for the role, and not attractive enough to support the character. BUT FOR ME, SHE'S THE BEST CHOICE! SHE ACTED WELL AND I'M REALLY SATISFIED! LOVE HER

Shanggu's character was not purely from the book, she is naughty, funny,lovely, and innocent at the same time there's the feeling of majestic aura, I can say Dongyu really did great in this project. I heard she was called genius in acting because of her skills, capability, and creativity. I LOVE HER IN ALL HER MOVIES AND DRAMA SERIES🥰

Zhou Dongyu is perfect for the role. She nailed her role the fact it is her first time. 🥺

Dongyu is the best!! Seriously the best actress I've ever seen! She protrait houchi and shanggu soo well no literally ALL actors did a fabulous job! I would have never dreamed to see such good and high quality acting!! It's amazing! Every single one of them did beyond perfection!!

I just noticed that there was a foreshadowing at 6:53 when Houchi casted a restriction. If you're wearing earphones, you could hear thunder sounds when she casted it. What a nice touch with small details. This series really made me fall in love with it

I was very surprised that she would act in a drama like that lol I was like ''She is a actress of big caliber why she would accept a role in dramas like that'' but i guess she wants to experiment different airs lol. I recommend to everyone to see her works, she is an amazing movie star too. What surprised me the most was that some people had the audacy to talk shit about her lol This people are so idiotic that I can't put in words with justice, this role is to low for someone like her. If you understand a little about acting or apreciate to see a beautiful and truly talented person in action you will enjoy her naturally.

This clip made me watched the series! I've finished it a long time ago and there's this after effect from finishing cdramas that will make you question your own existence. I just simply can't move on from this and made me wait for a long time before I got to watch another series. I'm on rewatching my fav clips. One of the best CDrama I've watched and would love to rewatch the series if only this isn't heartbreaking. I can't still move on from Yuemi.

i first got hooked on this drama here in youtube. then i decided to watch it. I was so annoyed by the female lead's character in the first few episodes but I stuck through thinking it'll get better. Then she had her character growth and i've grown to love her character and appreciate the actress, she's really good in acting. And now i really, really, really love this drama. It's the top of my list. I really liked the weird, clumsy, clingy and expressive Qingmu. Houchi too was kind but was not a pushover and i really loved her.
