If you used kontakt, this would have upped the realism but whatever you used, it sounds indescribable words. You mastered this with what you had and that’s more than anyone could look for in someone like you. I swear on god you made me smile from this ❤

Nice remake! :) I think your notes are pretty spot on, and big props for doing the entire track (not only half of it, like I did ;) ). In terms of orchestration and mixing, I don't think that there is much to be improved. Maybe a bit more reverb on the instruments, to make sure they sound like they are playing on an actual stage. I think the sound design is where you can improve the most. The actual instruments themselves don't sound very realistic, which is mostly because of the quality they've been recorded in, as well as the way they were processed. Investing in a professional sound library (like Cinematic Strings 2, Metropolis ARK 1, etc.) may be a good Idea, especially if you think this kind of music is what you want to create. Unfortunately, those libraries are pretty expensive, so I understand that buying one is easier said than done. A huge advantage such libraries have, is that they give you lots of different articulations, so that you don't have to "mimic" them via filters and automation. Processing real instruments in such a way can create an interesting sound, sure, but it also takes away the realism. All in all, this is a very solid remake. Great job! :)
