You're forgetting about the most head-strong pirate in the world: Don Chinjao. Commanded a navy, was a pirate, had conqueror's haki, and he had territory. Plus his head was so pointy and powerful he could pin himself through layers of ice.

I guarantee you that buggy will show up at wano by mistake and take the credit for taking down 2 of the emperors, making him an emperor with a bounty of 5 billion.

Gecko Moria really got broken badly. Imagine a world where he won and kept his original crew. He would have made something similar to Big Mom probably, creating a kingdom where scary freaks could roam free, in exchange for giving up their shadows for emergencies.

I think most ppl can agree that Marco is potentially the firmest/most stable yonko candidate, Rayleigh is also a very likely yonko candidate, mihawk has the power but not the personality, golden lion Shiki also is very strong , rocks crew also

A timeline where Katakuri became an Emperor in his mother’s place would be the best case scenario for the people of Totland. Perospero is an excellent leader, tactician, and fighter, but Katakuri blows him out of the water in every category, as you showed with your “top 20 best DF users” video. Katakuri as an Emperor would help to balance the morality of the Emperors, with himself and Shanks being generally “good” guys, and keeping Kaido and Blackbeard in check.

assuming Gecko Moria in his prime fought against a young Kaido... imagine if he won, he wouldn't be as pushover as now defeated by the pre-timeskip Luffy and overall a punching bag because he couldn't progress his powers and became a fat sack of bag. also, Blackbeard seems to have an interest with Moria, luring him to his base and possibly recruiting him. we might see him like his prime in the future, who knows?

If Dragon wasn't a Revolutionary he could easily be an Emperor. The man who has the highest bounty out of everyone. He has charisma, bravery, and incredible strength. Even went against the emperor Blackbeard off screen when Burges found the revolutionary hideout, and came out unscratched compared to Shanks who got hurt when he fought Blackbeard.

The issue with Crocodile is the fact that 3 of Baroque Works Frontier Agents - Mr 8, Miss Wednesday, and Miss All Sunday - were actively trying to undermine Baroque Works from the inside.

Doffy wasn't mentioned because he was scared of Kaidou's wrath and he seemed to be somewhat nervous of standing up to Kuzan. So, Doffy probably doesn't have the backbone of a typical Yonkou, unlike Croco Boy who seems to challenge anyone for the sake of it

I was just rereading chapter 1000, and one thing occured to me : when he's discussing with Yamato about the words Luffy said, Ace say not to mock Luffy's word because SABO and him would never forgave her. So, if my understanding is correct, he knew at that time that Sabo was alive, else why even mention him in that sentence if he still think Sabo is long dead? Maybe he don't saw and discuss with him, but did in fact saw a wanted poster of adult Sabo, thus learning that he's still alive. If that's the case, maybe he is quite puzzled that Sabo did not try to contact him and tried to reach him on his own, but being the second in command of the revolutionnary armie, we can think that Sabo is not an easy man to locate and talk to, so Ace could never confirm the fact, and thus did not told Luffy when they meet later in Alabasta.... Of course, I can't be sure, but this would mean that what you consider being a incoherency in the story (or at least considered from the video I saw from you) isn't actually one.... I higly doubt that Oda would make a mistake in the chapter 1000 of all chapter....

Here's my hot take, Ivankov actually has reasonable potential given how powerful the okama kingdom is with their okama kenpo, plus Iva is a fantastic user of their devil fruit and clearly a capable figure in the world. An idea for a video, specially at the moment, would be "The structure of the Beast pirates". I just realized that I am absolutely confused by this point at the different factions in it, what each one's function is, seeing as I read it weekly and I use these videos to remember overall things.

I would like to humbly submit someone that I believe is one of the most underrated characters in One Piece, the Hero of the Slaves "Adventurer" FISHER TIGER! He let himself die and could have continued had he chosen to accept the blood transfusion. And he did some pretty impressive things that suggested he was actually incredibly strong and only would have continued to become stronger had he lived longer. And he definitely had influence, both having his own crew in the Sun Pirates, his connection to Fishman Island meaning he would have at least had the support of a sizeable portion of an entire race, and also many powerful slaves that he freed who almost certainly would have rallied behind him had he attempted to become an Emporer, including the quite dangerous Boa Hancock, her crew, and as a result of her station, the whole Kuja Tribe of Amazon Lily!

Ya know some people are still hoping that Grand Fleet rolls up to Wano, but personally I believe that after the defeat of Kaido the Straw Hats will learn that the fleet went out and gathered some territory, like we saw Barto trying to do, and then he will be a true Emperor

The emperor game is actually kinda tricky. Because at the time that shanks said it he wasnt an emperor. So the sentence was said by an emperor but at the same time it wasn't.

I never forget about Croco D. Ile! I also think that when we next see him, Oda will have fully retconned his power level to be more on par with that of other Warlords. He suffered from being an early villain, and haki not being a thing yet, but he had history with Whitebeard *and* Ivankov, and he held his own at Marineford.

Boa has potential, and I don’t think we’ve seen the full extent of her individual power. She casually one-shot pacifistas and officers. She may even be admiral level strength-wise. What she lacks is a strong enough accompaniment to be considered a world-stage player like the yonkou.

Katakuri’s payback war is fun to imagine. He would probably have to face Perospero (and the Big Mom pirates that follow him if any) and then wouldn’t settle until at least King was dead- if he decided to engage him immediately he would probably even ally with the Strawhats.

Why wasn't Doflamingo on this list? He is a pirate, he does have influence, he is powerful, and he also ruled a whole large island, he fulfills all the criteria?

I think there’s a strong possibility of an alternate One Piece story where Jimbei, first son of the sea, is a Yonko instead of a Warlord.

I feel like doflamingo would have been a great candidate for emperor. He was a pirate and he has widespread influence as a warlord. He has been one of the strongest characters Luffy had to fight And he commands an entire island plus punk hazard and that operation.
