Hola Mark, a really great video with lots of information. The new place of your "club" reminds me of our place 40 years ago at my university. Like you, we designed it together. It was a great time there. There were only two members from each faculty. Each of them was obliged to give a talk on a topic related to their degree programme in a set rhythm. The Irish Autumn is a very good aromatic for me. I made a review about it. But thank goodness we all have different tastes. Best wishes from the 🌞🏝. Michael

Thank goodness you're back! Was getting a little worried. Sorry to hear of your having to move house. Your flat was rather nice with covered parking and room for your bikes. I guess you could have stayed at the farm. I love your new lounge. The first photos looked like a bomb shelter, but it looks 28:10 it will only get better. I'm glad for those three Turkish blends. They sound delicious. The tin resembles an Altoids tin. Will there be some sort of venting or air purifier to handle the smoke? I'm looking forward to seeing the Bremen elephant. Cheers!

Greetings from Amsterdam. Congratulations on the lounge. Might be a solution for us here in the Netherlands. Since we are not allowed to smoke in commercial lounges anymore.

Good to see you again my friend. Love that you are opening a private smoking area for you and your friends. My brothers and I did this several years ago along with some friends and we still have it to this day. It was a definite haven for us during lockdown. I do not know if your monthly dues only cover the rent or not. However if they do I would suggest adding and extra small amount on the dues for misc. issues like getting new furniture when needed, repairs etc. This extra we hold in an account to be used for various issues and it has been a lifesaver. As always be well my friend. P.S. You can give all the yappity yap that you want too in this house.

Hello Professor I got your video a couple of days ago but I finally got a chance to sit down and see it congratulations on your new Lounge. Getting 10 guys to agree on something out of 15 is not bad that's pretty good. It's good to see you and hear you again but I understand how hard it is to move I hate it. What's with guys in their Club houses? Are there going to be any women members? I like what you guys are doing to the place it's looking pretty good did you have some outside help? You are probably all over this , but , the acoustics are going to be a challenge . Five people in there and you're going to have a lot of woofing . Also influenced by your end of the year Christmas LE blend reviews by the way. Well, this was my own trial run hand mixed Mixture with designs we found in our cellar when I went looking. I think it's telling when a 50 or 100 or 160 year anniversary tobacco and it's an aromatic with marshmallow, lime, and coffee. Or whatever.

This is the exact reason I wear bow ties everyday…..I don’t have to worry about accidentally eating them when smoking my pipe 😂
