Thank you for this. I believed myself to be a kind person, doing what needed to be done, but the other day when you said to do something kind, I prayed and immediately God gave me an answer. Whenever my husband asks me to give him a massage or rub his feet I do it begrudgingly, the other day God told me to rub his feet and I did it without feeling bitter or what’s in it for me.. I got the sweetest thank you from my husband. So I really appreciate what you are doing.
Thank you Kirk! This is an answer to prayer. I asked God for a Bible study on Fireproof and the Love Dare. 8 1/2 years ago. I’m still doing it and it works. And God not only is healing our marriage, He is healing us and our relationship with Jesus. Thank you and your family so much. I needed both the movie and the book. I've noticed that the things that I used to say and do are making me feel a bit small, but also frustrated, when I realize that I'm about to say/do it again, because I'm so used to saying and doing things a certain way, making me realize how selfish I've been, but it doesn't make it ANY easier, LOL. Please, if you will, continue to pray that I can find my way and can keep moving, head first, into this Love Dare because I truly want this in my life, and I Truly Love And Cherish My Wife!. @Kirk Cameron , I truly need Gods/Jesus's help... I’m currently on day three, I need help my angry and my selfishness has absolutely destroyed my marriage. I need god I need to learn how to love my self again to show my wife that she is worthy of my love

I combined day 2 and 3 today due to scheduling reasons. We have a nice date planned tomorrow. I’m making serious changes to myself and it’s only been a few days and my wife has noticed a difference. I’m very confident there’s hope for us. I just need her to stop talking to a very toxic person that’s determined to separate us.
The opposite of love is not hate. But I see apathy/indifference as antonyms of love. Hate is an emotion. Selfishness can also be tied to emotions. Apathy/indifference is the absence of emotion. It usually leads to selfishness as we don’t care about ANYONE but ourselves. Do not be a taker or reciprocator. BE A GIVER. One who truly LOVES!

Hey Kirk! This movie has been in my library for years now, but I just watched it for the first time a little over a week ago. My marriage is in ruins, my wife wants a divorce, says she's moving out in January. I probably should've watched it a long time ago, with my wife, but I'm here now. I got the book the other day and tomorrow is day 3 for me. I'd love to get the bundle you're talking about, but I don't see it on the site. Is this something I can still purchase somewhere? Also, thanks for doing these videos! I love your insight, and it really adds a lot of value to each daily challenge.

It’s very difficult when I watch your video and my husband watches a video from pastor in California saying that if you’re not happy you should leave. God wants you to have peace and happy. I don’t understand that he even a pastor at all and talk about marriage…
The Love Dare is the book. There’s a great movie called Fireproof too. It works. I started 8 and a half years ago, and it took longer than forty days but God healing us and our marriage!
