Fun fact to one shiny hunter from another: If you walk/bike up and down diagonally when hatching eggs, your step counter would get more points making the eggs hatch 33% faster. Add that with flame body and it'll be faster

This one time, I was shiny hunting for a shiny Dracovish which took me 16,806 fossils ( went over full odds 4 times) and it was jolly nature with strong jaw as it's ability.

Nice! Surprisingly as I did a nuzlocke in this game, I got a shiny burmy as my encounter from one of the honey trees. It was female, so it evolved into Wormadam. Unfortunately I lost it to Lucian's Bronzong towards the end of the nuzlocke.

@@crowborn666 oh it was😅. The quickest of those hunts was 6 eggs, but the longest was 2,086 eggs both males (the final female was 223 eggs). In total I hatched 20,041 eggs between all 12 shinnies; I used Masuda Method too. Thanks, it’s a highlighting achievement😅.

As one of the breeding, parents I’ve been using a Pokemon I traded to myself from my alt save file played in French. It has the FRE tag. That should work for Masuda method shouldn’t it? I heard they just have to be from a foreign language save, not necessarily a foreign cartridge

My luckiest and fastest shiny was a shiny Magikarp after just 6 attempts in Pokémon X and the second luckiest and fastest shiny was by accident on my birthday when I was trying for a shiny Zoroura but had to hatch the rest of my Kantonian Slowpoke eggs first and ended up with a shiny Kantonian Slowpoke on the 6th egg and then I evolved it into Slowbro

Looks like the luck is flowing. I've been hunting for shiny Ponyta since I first got the poke radar....no luck. However, 2 days ago I changed it up, and in 24 hours I got shiny kricketune, glameow, and shinx (×3).

Yeah I agree the blue flames on Rapidash would have been nice & would have went well with the name I gave Ponyta but now with the smoky purple I need to decide if I want to change the name or keep it the way it is now

@@Godfather2018 Exactly. That's why I get a shiny for each Evolution stage when possible. Hence the 3 shiny shinx, but that is easier said than done. Even with a chain of 40+ it took over an hour for the third shinx.
