The magic of gelato 

Sobert is traditionally considered to have first before gelato but ice cream was created from ice when food flavouring was added a long before that in France or Italy. Yet I think ice cream comes from texture not flavour in the sense of that being the measure of quality that I think pushes the envelope furthest.📖

Real ice cream is richer ,creamier , and buttery . healthier too

Gelato is lower in fat than ice cream but has more sugar.

The fat content is not the problem- it’s the sugar.

It's ice cream, just chilled at a different temp which cause it to become creamy
