Else if you learn nothing from it, then it's bad luck to you. (I said "to you"because another person will go through the same pain and come out a more resilient person)
I needed this video personally and glad it's being recommended to me... I have a problem with holding on to certain things and reaching out to people who never reach out to me... I need to have more self respect and let go of one sided attachments and dependencies..I'll continue to become a better man. Thank you for the knowledge.

Shorter videos are easier to watch, and people finishing your vids affect the metrics, just look at Beluga. Less effort but better results. Consider it or just try it. Some say football is life. So i'll use football as my example of understanding ancient concepts. A linemen doesn't need a WR to do his job. He can be content with accomplishing his battles, but for to be fulfilled. He needs someone to score. This is why i love the laws of football and teamwork. One major law to learn in football is, ITS NOT ALL ABOUT YOU, BUT IT IS ALL ABOUT YOU. Paradox. Its like being alone, but not loneliness concept.... There's individual battles going on, and the more battles a team achieves, you win the war. Hearing ancient wisdom match my philosophies towards coaching young men match up. Is a positive sign of what i can create for people to understand life. I can't thank you enough for diving into ancient wisdom/philosophies.
Football is life, my friend. What I've learned from it is that it doesn't always go the way that you want and that you should still enjoy it regardless. Also, when you look at the goalkeeper in football much of the time he has to react to the shots of life, but to help himself react he can anticipate the shot and lower the chances of conceding a goal.
@@aspebb Your 3000% correct aspebb. Football (soccor) was my first love. I saw the matrix playing soccor when i trusted my feet and picked my head up. It was a miracle. I saw the whole field. My last games was flawless. 15/15 passes with 3 assists for goals. You just brought back some memories with the goalkeeper story. Thx bro.
💫This might be my 3rd time listening, and the visuals are lovely, yet I mostly LISTEN to this post. Guys & gals--- this is timeless wisdom and doable work. As a widow and loner, I have gravitated towards solitude and cherish it!-- without the fears and dependency of friends/lovers/family. To be in Alignment is priceless. It's so much clearer to hear and see what is best to move forward without opinions and feelings of others. I never expected to be so content in my own company, yet life dealt me a hand that I (painfully, and with much loneliness) had to learn and to accept. I have only recently begun to dip my toes into Eastern Philosophy (thanks to Miyamoto Musashi) from trying to understand Western Philosophy. I know I am scratching the surface, but sofar I have misjudged Eastern thought, even if I do not agree with all of it.
when we embrace nonattachment and choose right actions? we move beyond the internal conflicts we create, and allow to guide us. the paradox of desiring the cessation of desire is but, one way we keep ourselves in a state of internal conflict. the same can be said for desiring enlightenment, peace or nirvana. goal oriented versus process oriented as I see it, are the differences between the western and eastern philosophies. I pay attention to how when buddhism, taoism, zen etc are taught here in the west. it is always about achieving something, or about what will be gained. perhaps the question should instead be: why do I need goals?
Musashi talks a lot about individual freedoms, which reminds me of the original USA’s premise. Every individual has their own freedom, within reason. Concepts, such as honor, and integrity and dignity, have been strongly compromised in Western society. I, for one, shall never forget to teach my children such values, such as self-dependence and integrity. It is a crucial part in becoming a truly free and liberated individual.

It’s quasi-bullshit, because we are a social species and a few neurodivergent oddities aside not having any kind of connection to other people takes a toll on both the body and the mind it produces. You don’t have to be dependent on others to exist, but you also don’t have to be dependent on other people to thrive on being with them. There is much to do and savour on your own. I am quite good at it myself. I can and do spend prolonged periods of time away from other people, in nature with no other purpose than to be there and exist. I am sure I could build some type of lifestyle out of it that would be somewhat sustainable, and generally fulfilling. But there is a point where sharing, and existing for something other than yourself or some principle or the beauty of the world alone, becomes important. And it should. I think it’s the healthy response for most people to have. If you completely sever yourself from other people and assume it’s a cost free exercise you are belying something essential about human nature. Sure it can be the lesser of two evils sometimes, that’s not what I am talking about.
