The major flaw of herringbone chains 

It’s not meant for wearing it to bed….not easy to bend it.

Herringbone chains are great chains just not a chain to be active in or sleep in more of a weekend casual chain if you wanna be active and do stuff and not worry about your chain a thicker rope 4mm + are super sturdy and pretty much any link chain and especially Cuban links are great for being active you can’t damnage those

This is more than having to be gentle it's a literal inevitability if you actually wear it. No reputable dealer should sell these

Mine got kinked because I was trying to put them on with long nails and I pinched the chain near the clasp 🙃🥲
