It’s so good to see how you are evolving and reinventing yourself, which I think is very important in life. I started exercising for esthetic reasons, but as I progressed with strength training and increasing the load and eating to fuel my body, my body composition has completely changed and I just love the endorphins after a good session, and I like to feel strong. Weight lifting just makes me feel like a badass and it gives me confidence.

absolutely, adaptability is one of the most important skills in my opinion! and that sounds incredible! it's been a while since I've filmed this and i'm already thinking that to reach my true fitness goals, I probably will need to lift a weight or two. Also looking at investing in a personal trainer at least for a month or so, just to get a good base understanding of what I should be doing for me

@misstiataylor_ Absolutely Tia! I think you have a genetic predisposition of being athletic and a good personal trainer can really help you get the basics right, so you don't hurt yourself.

Yeeessss get it Tia!! I've been going to the gym 1-2x/week regularly for zumba and pilates classes, but my goal is to go 3x/week! I go after work and that hour where I don't think about anything and get to move my body feels soooo good

ohhh! I really want to try the pilates at my gym out but it's usually a schedule conflict, that sounds great! and YESSSS, you'll get there, you got this! i was going two times last year which felt like a miracle, I can't believe that it's been another month essentially of going for three. baby steps!

more than the physical it’s the mental for me, specially working remotely it just adds a strong base to my day 🙌🏾

What I loved about living in Italy was the fact that their desserts weren't so sweet! I miss that.

this is true... in hindsight cutting out and avoiding sugar has definitely not been so difficult and maybe in the states i would've had more difficulty

I love sport as a teen, was even in the female football club in secondary school, and as an adult I hated sport. Dear lord ! I need to loose some weight but am here running from sport. However, coming to Italy influenced me with so much walking, as Italian are very sporty and walk a lot. Immersing myself in the culture really helps, 2 times a week, I purposely make sure I complete my 14 thousand steps,and then spent the rest of the days trying to complete 7K steps. In Nigeria, I tend to drive a lot and go to the gym once in a blue moon….. One thing I love about Italians is their active lifestyle, though I tend to ran from it, I also try to attend a height of it. Morning routine at home, every morning. Even if I don’t want to do the morning routine, once I see my neighbors every morning doing it; I do get inspired, especially considering they are slimmer and I am the XL size. Once I see her, I ran to do some aerobics too; and sincerely it helps. Keep going girl 🎊!

And aging couldn't be an excuse for not training at all. Today I do things I didn't even do when I was your age.

everyone has told me that the age i'm at is the pivotal age where the routine you make is the one you'll stick to/build on and it will have so many results on your health and wellbeing going forward... so here we are :D

You're genetically gifted with a natural huge muscular mass. Lucky you! Well done. P.s. Apple Watch are not that beautiful. Agreed. Like all the other products of them. I don't think Jobs would like them, especially the Vision Pro. Yeah, I made a model of my imaginary Apple "watch" and I would make them differently (while today they are the same as the competitors' ones).

Mentre il nuoto è buono sul piano cardio-respiratorio e muscolare, non ha benefici ossei diretti (fondamentale soprattutto per le donne).

@@anta3612 come sport è tra i migliori, perchè utilizza tutti i muscoli, al contrario di Tennis, e calcio

@@alexp8764 D'accordo ma non aiuta ad aumentare e mantenere la densità ossea, cosa fondamentale per le donne e quindi andrebbe abbinata alla palestra.
