This is actually seems pretty easy. Even the communication with the team even when those that aren't comfortable with communicating but the key I believe is getting them into a comfortable feel by getting them pumped up and want to be apart of it. The hard part I believe is those that refuse to communicate or even try to be part of the team.
HEYY!!! I know one of these soldiers from my future soldier training! Hes one of the first 2 soldiers that was giving a interview, he has 320 on his helment... hes at the end to. AWESOME!! made my day lol representing north Texas HOOAH!
Heheh good old DS Port, i think he was with 2nd PLT BCO 2-19{summer 2012}, remember that course, usualy that water is like sewers, and overall is not so entertaining, especialy when you have to bear crawl afterwards{lots of sharp rocks around that place}, its good recruiting video though
i came here for summer camp when i was a freshman for jclc and my team found it easy to get pass all of these except for the one that only had two bars in the middle of the water evrybody fell i on that one lol
