As the first regiment of cadets begin their stay at Fort Knox, we followed them through the Field Leadership Reaction Course (FLRC). This course not only tests their intellectual skills, but it also pushes them to think more about their team work, mental agility and general strategic problem solving skills. The course helps to develop their leadership and team working skills.
