When I was in college just before Covid, I used bento boxes to take my lunch to classes with me because I had some really long days at class. Now that I’m no longer taking any classes, I repurposed one of my bento boxes into a sewing box. It’s perfect. It holds all my sewing needs including 4 pairs of reading glasses. I tend to misplace them so I keep several pairs in rotation. My bento sewing box is working out well. 😊

I actually got the needle holder, scissors, and other little metal bits in a set from Amazon. I likely searched something like, "antique thread scissors."
