@Robot Overlord It will probably have a bit of ssamjang in it. It's used a lot for the umami flavour. My rough guess based on other Korean toast is mayo, kecap manis and ssamjang

@@TFexplorer Yep! It's right next to my boyfriend's house and mine has a huge food court. I go there for groceries and gan jjajang at least once a week♡

just a ham egg and cheese in bread lol, they're acting like they're cooking fillet mignon. The presentation does look good! If you want to spice this up, I wouldn't use regular bread. Instead try using a butter croissant.
Croissants do have that crunch and I've actually been getting those until my local shop stopped selling it due to low sales. I would much prefer a brioche type of bread, much more sturdy and tastier than regular bread. :) But I guess why people are clamoring for such a regular everyday item is because of media. There's at least one K-Drama where the main characters eat Egg Drop sandwiches. So it's sort of like a celebrity endorsement.
exactly, its just ham cheese egg mayo chilli or ketchup sauce sandwiched between thick buttered toast. easily can be recreated at home. but... what is that powder sprinkle dust tho?
@@TFexplorer its a korean drama starred by a famous actress and singer, Yoona and my favourite legend actor, Hwang Jung Min😁. I saw them eating this and it look delicious that i wish my country also this egg drop shop.
