Honestly, the fact they actually changed the design for fans actually shows how much they care about the sonic fans. This is how film adaptations should Be. Not something like that stupid halo show thats nothing but a slap in the face of halo fans, the sonic movie actually uses source materialto make a great movie. And also references older sonic shows and games. I genuinely cant wait for the next movie and i hope it goes amazingly

If they cared to even create a Sonic movie in the first place, then $5 million wouldn’t have been lost lol how does a director come up and say the first design was even remotely good?! Glad they changed it, but let it a be a lesson to them that if they want to produce iconic or nostalgic movies of character franchises they should make it good from the get go or get someone that actually knows about it.

I absolutely LOVE that they're using props and going to real locations to film. So many films today abuse the CGI, some to a ridiculous degree. But that's like eating a bowl of spice. You need some meat and potatoes for the spice to compliment!!
The First Movie Was Awosme But The Second One Will Be A Masterpice The Amount Of Action And Comedy Scences Where So Good And This Is One Of Those Movie's You Can Watch Over and Over Again That You Won't Get Bored Of Like Home Alone

Honestly have to give James Marsden mad credit, his ability to act is very downplayed considering how well he interacts with something that is inanimate for the entirety of the movie. Their casting choice was spot on for this movie.
JUUUUUST throwing this out there.... this BTS implies that we will see Tails and Knuckles also do a spinball movie. I wonder if Tails' tails will somehow stick out of one side stationary as he spins, like in the classic games. lol And if he does the spin move, I feel like this implies he has some sort of "power" as well.

I was very lucky to see all of this unfold as I live in the small town where this was filmed! They film a lot of Netflix movies here but never something this big. It was crazy to see the whole town change, and of course the actors themselves just hanging around town.
The thing with postponing the release date and adding up another 5mil$ really was quite of a stunt. And accordingly to some of their figures really worth it cause of the hype created around it. I tend to believe what happened with the 1st Sonic really was an unfortunate mistake. Accidental

I refuse to believe they had to "Fix" the movie. And it happened to release on valentines day, and the humans got married. YEAH right. They probably baited us with that freaky, baby toothed, Ray William Johnson looking sonic.

Wow! So it cost them 5 more millions to remodel that piece of trash Sonic first model. I say they did the right choice anyway because a lot of people wouldn't watch the movie with that freakish ugly wannabe Sonic.
