To me, Malik always seemed like someone who was forced to play football. He never really loved it, IMO. He looked like he would've been happier playing baseball tbh

His love was baseball and they were forcing him to play football. It was almost a curse that he was such a gifted quarterback. Do what you love.

His dad was such a chooch.. his pops wasn't around his whole life then once he got In spotlight here comes his dad

When I saw the scene in Last Chance U, eating with his father and his father having a conversation about what he should eat and how much weight he should gain, I realized the issues. And his dad is the biggest... They did him wrong

I felt that whole time the weird dynamic of the relationship with dad was very telling. It's like dad was living his dream thru Malik's talent...even on signing day he didn't look happy. Like dad forced football on him

I think Malik had behavioural issues which coaches and parents covered up but you can only do that for so long

Football! Football makes for better tv! More drama and more exciting sport.

Back to football. Involves more players with a hell of lot more drama and excitement.

I watched Last Chance U. The one thing he did which ended his time at ICC was walking away from the stadium after the coach pulled him out of the game for throwing too many picks

They should do both but honestly the football was more entertaining

anyone who watched the show would not come anywhere close to this clown. only clown bigger was the coach. both should be emarrassed on how they act and conduct themselves.

At indy malik was right stuff seemed unorganized at times and it hurt the team the hc was making moves on whim losing his cool constantly idk if the edits did the team justice but from an outside looking in that's what it looked like

Is it just a coincidence he never seems to last a season at any place he goes to? They say it’s just immaturity but it’s the same immaturity every hs and college football player has. Problem is he has had everybody making excuses for his behavior until they got tired of it. You got to be willing to help yourself at some point and stop taking handouts

I think the IFL is a huge step up for him? Your high right? Let’s see started out a a QB breeding ground in high school, went to a premier division one school at FSU. From there went to CC in Kansas no less and is now in the IFL. Yeah I can see that as a similar career path to Patrick Mahomes lol😅
