I have been a Raiders fan for a very long time: I remember watching us get our asses handed to us by the Buccaneers in Super Bowl 37 I remember watching JaMarcus Russell become the biggest bust in NFL history, while wearing silver and black But none of those things compared to what Josh McDaniels did to this team… that man single-handedly set us back at least a decade. I like AP, but it’s kind of hard to not come to the conclusion that he doesn’t know how to manage a football game… We are just broken, the NFL made sure we would not be contenders anytime soon… emails that say a few bad words are no good, but Rachee Rice can run over four people with his car and still play… Love it

Then he was set on drafting jabustas Russell going so far as to call him a great player. When Kiffin wanted megatron. The game had past Al Davis at that point. With Mark Davis he is way too impatient and jumps the gun. Plus he is oblivious. Firing Del Rio for Gruden. Then thinks it’s made but hold on Gruden resigns then has to start all over. Mcdaniels start all over. Every time the team gets held back every three to four years. AP another three to four. But he better keep AP because if he doesn’t nobody is going to want the Raiders HC job. We have trouble getting Offensive coordinators to come to us.

the josh mcdaniels saga is blown way out of proportion. the raiders have had far worse coaches and seasons under different coaches. unless you're a new raiders fan, who hasnt been around very long, there is no way anyone can say mcdaniels is the worst coach theyve had or that he ruined the raiders in any tangible way. i personally think the best thing josh mcdaniels ever did was get rid of derek carr. mcdaniels did the thing that no other coach prior to him had the guts to do, and that was challenge and hold carr accountable. where he screwed up is he was banking on that he would be able to lure tom brady or aaron rodgers in the offseason, when both fell through he had to settle for jimmy g which failed miserably. by the way, the whole talking point about how mcdaniels kicked derek carr out and didnt let him say goodbye is a bunch of crap. this has already been debunked. its against league rules for a team to ban a player on the active roster from team facilities. that entire debacle where carr stormed out of the building and never returned was entirely on derek carr. he threw a temper tantrum when he was told he would be benched, things got heated and carr left. both parties agreed to leave of absence, if the raiders wanted to humiliate him they couldve made him sit on the sidelines and hold the clipboard as the backup. also, and i may be nitpicking here. when you listed the number of former new england players josh mcdaniels brought in, you listed jack jones. jones was brought in by antonio pierce, after josh mcdaniels was fired. i know you're probably just trying to pad your narrative, but i felt like fact checking you.

It had to have been no later than mid-'22. After scoring a TD, Justin Fields went over to Matt Eberflus on the sideline to shake his hand. Eberflus looked up at Fields from his clip-board: looked him in the eyes. Held it for a second. Then looked away without a word. _Totally_ humiliated him live in front of the entire team. It was the equivalent to spitting on him, punching him in the stomach, pantsing him while he's doubled over, then spitting on him again as he's down. Then Eberflus did worse: he kept sending Fields _out_ there. But the guy who admitted to meddling in the offensive play-calls before this happened called for (the first 23 minutes of) *this* ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FiiK21VzI_o.html. Take a shot for every pass-rusher that gets through untouched, then call yourself an ambulance ("I'm an ambulance"). Evan Neal at least gets his hands _on_ defenders. Fields called out his coaches publicly after week 6 of '22. The Bears immediately changed their entire playbook, but only for 4 weeks then returned to using the same plays as before. The plays during the 4 weeks averaged 31 points. The plays from before then, 17. What HC anywhere at any time could possibly do that & keep their job? What HC hears about his QB being messed with by coaches doesn't investigate? What kind of HC changes the plays for only long enough for the story about this to blow over? So we have video evidence of an HC sabotaging their own QB. _LOTS_ of evidence. But man, the fan base has such a hate boner for Fields that I can not explain & blame him for play-calls. The Bears lost the last 3 games of that 4-week streak. Their defense couldn't win games in which Fields led the offense to no less than 29 points. Do you know what the fans said? "This just proves that *_Fields_* can't win games."
