I have heard others say that Grogu wasn't trying repeat 'this is the way', rather, being force sensitive, was trying to warn Din & Bo of the coming attack.

Omni, I have to agree with you about Bo. It's like someone who makes fun of you for something. Never in a million years will they do what you do or believe what you believe. Then suddenly they have an experience that proves them wrong. Are they going to admit you've been right all along or hold it to themselves to process it? Was it even real? They might just convince themselves it didn't happen. Bo staying silent doesn't mean she's plotting. Besides, Bo is usually self-assured in how she interacts with others. Suddenly she asks if Din saw anything while fiddling with her gloves and not looking at him. I think she might have wanted him to confirm what she saw but was too embarrassed to outright say it.

My interest was peaked by you mentioning the offices so I A-B compared the office from Andor where Cyril worked and this new location where Pershing is working and while they have the same size room and similar feel, it is definately not the same place. Cubicles and equipment are quite different.

Curious how nobody has ever asked, "How did Elia Kane survive from 'The Rescue' where Bo and company shot EVERY imperial on the bridge"? This is kinda important isn't it?

Hey, Omn1.... don't ever cut that hair, man. Longer hair looks good on you, so let's see how long you can get it, huh? :) Edit: 11:00 - I mean, we DO know where all this is leading.... Palpatine's return. Even in the Prequels he was looking for a way to cheat death. So this theory tracks perfectly. Grogu is the one Force user that is vulnerable enough to get ahold of. They know they have no chance of getting Luke Skywalker in custody, and I doubt his lost hand from Empire Strikes Back is still usable after 12 years. But that may have been where they started this whole thing. I have a feeling that's going to play into this whole storyline. Also, there's a rumour that all of these shows are going to culminate in a theatrical movie sometime down the line to wrap the whole story up. I also think that we will finally find out who saved Grogu from Order 66 this season. They've been teasing it, and it would piss a lot of people off if we don't get some sort of payoff for that teasing.

I dont think Gideon and Thrawn are working together. I think they have different goals and plans. Gideon I think is trying to clone Palpatine and Thrawn has a different plan going on

Funny, but I don't recall Leia ever appearing in any of the episodes of the Mandalorian, so how do you draw a connection to her at all in this series?

Last week's episode was a bit of a mixed bag and apparently Mando's ratings aren't doing super hot right now, but I hope it starts to pick back up soon. Next week's episode is called "The Foundling" so that should be interesting. Shortest ep in the entire series though at only 30mins!

Like you I love this episode but many of causal to fuzzy fans only wanted the high energy Mando content. I love how Dave and Jon are connecting the cloning concepts we see that started in TBB and now are maturing in Mando. They're also connecting the mistakes made by the New Republic, I love Mom Mothma but she screwed big time with her policy decisions made for the New Republic. This episode also helps you to understand why Leah started the Resistance, damn good thing she did, in contradiction to Mom Mothma.

Dude can we stop acting like Mando's cult is a good thing? I don't want Bo Katan to follow that fanatical religion, they don't even represent all of the Mandalorians.
