I’ve personally never seen a reason for dean to leave or get kicked, however deans main problem is he doesn’t k when he’s done something wrong, and he doesn’t listen to why hes wrong when he gets scolded or he doesn’t understand what the others are tryna tell him

The biggest issue is, dean wants a business gang, adam wants a gang gang and tommy wants a family gang. They either need to learn how to switch between all three or just break up. can we go back to sbs please, this is so long now

It's not about how MDM sees it or The Guild sees it... it's about how Cerberus sees it. No matter Eve's part she played, the way MDM has handled the situation on the whole is what has guided how Cerberus sees them. This isn't all on Dean Quincy. To say it is, is to just not understand how Cerberus' mindset works. Nothing Dean said was anything Cerberus didn't already see in how MDM handled this situation. As for Lando seeing the chain and not respecting? Lol I get they don't know in RP (and likely OOC), Lando, as a character, is not going to respect any gang who doesn't earn it...and not through fear (cause as a member of two super terrorist cells...one of which has the power to level and entire city block...literally, he's the one to fear lol). And likewise, Lando is respected by other groups and individuals in the city because he's earned it...but not by shooting people and MAKING them respect him LMAO. That only works on the weak and who wants the respect of the weak in the city? Just sayin'.

Did I see this MDM meeting live? Yes. Am I going to watch all of it again? Yes.

Ngl the only way MDM move forward is without Dean. The guy only cares about money and has no loyalty to the gang

One thing I can 100% agree with is dean talking about him getting fined. If they want to fine people they should fine everyone fairly. Dean does get unfairly fined compared to the likes of Lana who could’ve been fined a handful of times

Dean was on something this meeting but the one thing i agree on was the fines. If you want to fine one person for fucking up you should also fine the rest when it happens

Dean is the middle child of the gang. Daddy Tommy and the family would come with antagonising him and they're fine with it. It's pretty funny how they treat him the same way Wuchang treated Dwayne. Dean isn't where he belongs. He must go to CG, Mr K understands him more.

Here's my opinion if I were an MDM member listening to all this: The core of this entire problem is Eve. Whether she lied to Cerberus or not about what happened, I'm backing my boys and their stories on the situation. Having said that, I wouldn't have agree with what Adam, Ved, Sky, or Toe did after by swapping clothes and cars, strapping up, and hunting her down right away. I would've told them to find out who she is, who she is tied to, and after finding out she's tied to Cerberus, talk to DW or Lang and tell them the situation and tell them to handle Eve cuz if it happened again, then I would shoot her. But Adam's attitude of "IDGAF" made the situation worse than it needed to be. So I would tell Adam he was wrong his actions but right in his reasons. Gangster or not, you find out if your target is someone important to another gang or even yours so you can plan for the repercussions after. Thats what a respectful, organized gang does. Now Dean going on his solo missions to salvage whatever he can with Cerberus and feeding them the info they want to hear vs the info they need to hear also makes the situation worse than it needs to be. His intentions of salvaging business for the gang is good, but doing it at the expense of his own gang members and throwing them under the bus is weak and snaky. Whenever the gang brings up Eve, he deflects to saying it's Adam/Ved's pride or it's Big Toe's second mistake on MDM. He needs to stop berating and putting down his own guys cuz it looks like he's defending some chick he met his Day 1 but hasn't interacted with since. He's good handling the business side of MDM, maybe not so much the gang side anymore.

I want to like the guy but Dean is as smart as rock

The meeting was great Lana and them listening to her was 👍she gave ideas to be better until the opinion run down was going down it went down hill Taking money out of the gang account isn't a joke. It mightve been a joke to you dean but not to the gang Dean you literally want to be babyed by saying its Tommys job as gang leader. That's not his job. hes job is to progress the gang, keep the gang in check, and keep the moral and chemistry going. Adam knows the issues, always saying it they just repeat what is it but doesn't fix, contribute to solveor change it. Instead he just has a IDGAF attitude and hard-headed. The ppl I can say who is actually trying to patar, vince and lana. They literally all the Same exact point of the gang problems but they are so closed minded that they don't hear that they argee with each other to solve it. And everyone wants a medal to what they did. Tbh these opinion run downs are pointless. If they are going to have meetings it should literally be Them summarizing what happened that relevant to the gang to Tommy. Tommy says how to handle it and how to learn from it and move on. No it was bc of this and that but I feel this and that. Just what happened and if you tried to resolve it and how. And Tommy being assertive 1:20:00 and on was the most productive

I do feel bad for dean cuz sometimes he do make valid points and a lot of times he gets no backing

Hopefully this is the make situation of the mandem as opposed to the breaking point I hope they’re all able to come out of this storm much stronger together and as a family

dean always the scapegoat, but they're gonna realize one day that the issues are way deeper than dean speaking his mind when his opinions don't align with theirs. They got their priorities all backwards
