The mantis molting process 

My mantis is getting ready to molt and watching this guy remain hanging from a pinch of his abdomen and imagining my girl doing that is making my anxiety skyrocket

Came out twice the size of the skin! Great video! I found an exoskeleton in my rosemary plant! I never knew they molted!

How long does this process usually take?

My mantis is upside down many days and idk when he will molt
