What a great idea, thanks for doing this. Just FYI by my count, Dreamcatcher's discography is about 60% rock/metal. Btw, I don't classify Lullaby or Trust Me! as rock - and I don't believe the elements are there for Lullaby to be a rock ballad, although Trust Me! does have enough of those elements.
Cool video. Yes, Dreamcatcher's music is such a fun and even complicated mix of so many genres. This is only posible thanks to the girls' skills, personalities and the people behind their music. Best K-pop /Rock group ever assembled. Will be waiting for part 2.
Rather than called as Anime ost genre, it is because usual music genre used for anime openings are j-rock. Still rock, but mainly on secondary dominant. Their songs kinda follows the rock genre chord progression with fusion from kpop and Japanese music, making it more flavorful songs. De ja vu is more of symphonic rock rather than rock ballad. Wikipedia gets the diss because of many misinformation there. It is literally just copy paste of everything into one area but without deeper explanation or proper reiteration of those info as those pages are just edited by people and just posted their by random people without consultation of someone who knows it better. There is reason why deep dive research exists. Nevertheless, nice video!
I loved this catalogue of Dreamcatcher genres. They're so diverse, that they need their own guide, like this one. I only disagree with the term 'Anime OST'. The genres in the Anime are J-Rock, J-Pop and Vocaloid. Dreamcatcher are hugely influenced by J-Rock, and this is evident in their Japanese albums.
I think maybe they would come up with folk music + rock. I think LUCY ISLAND is in the road doing this. I can see their rest time they kinda love to play folk music XD

I love the idea of the video and the way you did it, but I also really appreciate the end credits! It may seem not much, but very few people do it, and it's always a pleasure to see it (+ it gives a profesionnal aspect!). Part 2 is on top of my to watch list ;)
Everything is on point, except anime ost lol its not an genre at all ppl just like calling songs that fit into anime an anime songs, but that category doesn't exist xD if you wanna categorize them properly just put them into rock genre.
