Stopped me in my tracks....I have chronic pain between my shoulder blades. It is burning and tingling as I type. It is somewhat relieved when I massage my ribs around my heart and solar plexus. This is fascinating. Now to do some heart chakra work!

Through meditation imagine tgat there is a tunnel in your mind extending through the 3rd eye. Imagine it spinning too.

I lost my wife of 35 years to dementia, she is now on hospice. We had great marriage... A true partnership. We have been loyal to each other. I am 58, do I spend the rest of my life Mourning her? Do I need to learn to just be alone?

Ive had problems on all devices with the gaia app..keeps buffering..i feel anxiety when it circles. Still a subscriber just that memory keeps me from opening gaia latly.Yes cleared da catch,never works. Thanks for content.
