I was bullied at work. He was horrible to me, and everyone else saw it, but only one person at work offered support. I learned from a meditation instructor, who had also been bullied, how to disarm him, and freed myself from the terror. I pictured a "pink bubble of love" around him (and the entire building), and the very next day, he started to change. Within a week , he completely changed. It works!😊 Just visualize (even from afar) the pink bubble, filled with love, surrounding the person. They will feel it but will have no idea what's happening. My bully was truly off kilter for a while, wondered aloud why, then settled into a kinder, nicer being. ❤
