I have a real hard time feeling that deep grief can be delicious. I absolutly love your podcasts, book etc... I just really wonder if you lost one of your daughters in a tragic accident if you would really feel that your grief felt delicious and that you would feel free? I would love if you could explain this in more detail. Thank You! PS I started taking HPA Adapt and it is amazing! Best I have felt in a very long time!!!
I have lost people close to me. and of course there is sadness. Yet, when one gets into real grief the support and clarity about the truth of ones existence in others of the universes is profound and powerful.
