Hello everyone and welcome back to Wartales! Today, the Marvelous Mercenaries open up the Transcendent Tavern in the new DLC The Tavern Opens! Captain Fabe purchases a Derelict Tavern at 4:03 for the low, low price of 1 Krown; despite his lingering suspicions, he leaves the place in the care of Diana and Usurn before reaping even greater rewards from his dark pursuit of knowledge at 16:02 and 46:12. Apatia acquired a new stabby stab that had to be thoroughly tested at 1:06:01 and 1:10:00, but she ultimately returned to the Viper while waiting for our newest legendary weapon. The homicide investigation is on-going, but evidence found at 1:52:24 may blow the case wide open -- thanks for watching!
Congrats on completing the Trade and Craftsmanship Path! I had tried three times to post a comment on the last video, but I had a bunch of issues. Anyway, The fights against three opponents was a bug, and they just sent out a patch to fix it. Haven't checked it out yet. The Pirate DLC raised the player level cap to 13, and the AI to level 14 There is a Merchant on the ship at the docks (hint, hint, hint) Grinmeer quest was a pain in the ass, as you are finding out. Many people asked questions about it. I had to look up stuff. In the mine with the bodies, on the left side near the opening, you need to mouse over a blood stain (it does not show up with the Alt key) Don't use uncooked meats when resting, they can cause illness with human.
Thanks! Sorry you had issues with commenting on the last video, RU-vid has been peculiar these days. :c I did see the patch notes but I was definitely hoping I could keep riding the easy combats a little bit longer. Thanks for the tips and letting me know about the new level cap, I'll definitely check that stuff out next time! Hopefully we can wrap up Grinmeer next episode and go visit the snowy lands. (:
Oh I love the Elderguard dagger on my assassin! I got it at level 5 and it's grown with us, awesome for finishing off groups of low health units. My poisoner has Viper and the dmg is *chefs kiss* 😍
I can definitely see a use-case for the Elderguard Dagger but I think that I have AoE covered. *motions in Raekor's general direction* The Viper was definitely designed to be used with a Poisoner! It's been a useful stabby stab for me so far, but the Behedite Dagger calls to me. {:
Yeah...I reckon it's fair to say the new DLC has bugged out encounter unit numbers haha The taverns look good but the UI looks needlessly complicated. We Aussie console players are still waiting for Pirates, let alone Taverns. I can't wait! My troop has just overtaken yours at level 10, but we went to Drombach when you went to Grinmeer so I get a sneak peek 😂
After fighting ~40 peasants in one go when I first entered Gosenberg, this is a nice change of pace. I imagine it'll be fixed soon but I'm perfectly alright with this for now. 😄 I did see quite a few comments about the delay to consoles. I know that console ports are a completely different mess and I honestly wouldn't be too surprised if they were waiting to port over the DLC in bundles or even just wait until their last DLC to port it all over in one go like ARIA CHRONICLE did. Either way, I hope you aren't left waiting in the dark too long.
@@paulfitzenrider3900 That is the short and long of it! I think it's done quite well tbh, but the most important thing to me is how well it blends in with the main game.
