Hi all it’s Jack,
Here this is a very special video for you all , on Friday 27th of September 2024 I went to Bristol Temple meads to see a very Rare and unique Rail-tour called (“The Mayflower”) the story behind it was there was a boat called the Mayflower which went from Plymouth to overseas.
the Rail-tour running from Birmingham diesel new street via Bristol Temple meads steam , which had not one steam locomotive but two engines on the front, two GWR castle class locos 5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe and 7029 Clun Castle, two Class 20s diesel all ran by Vintage Trains.
It’s the first time since 2004 seen two castles running together at Bristol
This was a unforgettable experience and emotional as well its my favourite moment of the year
