@@JPDD2 agreed, unless they solve the connection inconsistency I won't be playing the regular multiplayer. Thankfully the hardcore and zombies have been a great experience to pay off the 70 bucks I have spent.
Soooooo many content creators make videos with the title “ best MCW class setup” , “drop a nuke with this MCW setup”, “The only MCW class setup you need” etc etc…..then the king puts out his gun guide and A) it’s totally different than all the other creators class setups and (B) it’s always so much better. I think the ratty thing lay style is also because the SMGs don’t feel that great so more players are using ARs and just playing power positions. SMGs are just way less versatile and actually have recoil compared to all the ARs

Ratty playstyles has been a thing since the beginning of cod multiplayer. Its annoying. Every year its brought up. Its just how some people play i guess. Im assuming there either scared, or think its a tactical game🤷🏽♂️

The MTZ after the beta with all attachments available has surprised me. With good attachments the gun can barely move but obviously a pee shooter at range
I think you should do the Holger 556 next. Its kind of being overlooked by so many players who'd rather use the MCW and the DG-58 because they are comfort picks with how easy they are to use, but the Holger feels like an absolutely beast to me personally.
@@sigspearthumb7993 I use to do that in MW19 and MW22, but in this game with the 150 health, I don't like to sacrifice damage range because it just feels like I'm gimping myself. On SMGs especially right now, you have to max out their damage range if you want them to have any chance of competing.
Ace, this is important, check Tac Stance recoil for each gun, I've noticed that some can be VERY accurate even at mid to long range with Tac Stance, and Tac Stance essentially makes you strafe at nearly full movement speed. I use it very often when I expect closer range engagements and it's devastating. This should be prioritized for SMGs because they can retain nearly the same accuracy and have exceptional mobility (and noise reduction for people who don't use covert sneakers)
I'd like to see the stats on the AN94, especially curious about the hyperburst. I'm also curious about the single fire in this game. In MWII, it changed the damage profile on some ARs and all BRs. I'm curious how it works in this game for both ARs and BRs. But especially on the AN94 considering how unique the hyperburst feature is on it.
I'd assume the benefits would be outweighed by tap firing in full auto which will occasionally send out that 3rd bullet due to natural human error. I had a friend in my lobby yesterday saying that the gun felt bad and I told him to tap fire it so you get a bunch of hyper bust shots (but to keep it in full auto) and all of a sudden he exclaims, "WHOA!!!" and got a bunch of kills.
I have tried single fire on the BAS-B and MTZ-762, and it enables a 3 body shot kill. I am using the single fire (2-round burst) mode on the SVA, but it feels like it's still 5 shots to kill. I'm mostly doing it because it feels nice to use and unique.
I have switched to one of the aftermarket optic whose name is something MP-12 if I remember correctly. This one is a combination of optic and laser so that it could slightly increase ads time at the same time and save me a slot. The laser is visible but it’s very light green and is very difficult to see in real situation, almost invisible in outdoor scenes.
I fkn hate that i cant use this gun til lv44. I know theres zombie, but ive never played it and dont know how to extract. It be helpful if theres a noob friendly guide on this
If you wanna level up fast, just use a Double XP Token, use the insured weapon slot in Zombies, use the Pulemyot 762 (or weapon of your choice) with the best attachments for Zombies, keep in mind, Zombies cannot see Lasers, and then go to the Exfil Spot (spawns after a few minutes into the match) and just keep calling it over and over killing the Zombies that spawn, but never actually exfil until the Zone starts coming in, which takes like 50 minutes or so. It's kinda mind numbing at times, but it's easy and fast XP. To see the Exfil Zones when they spawn, open the Tac-Map and Zoom all the way out, they're the Blue Guy running through a Doorway Symbol. Also also, after you kill the Exfil Zombies and the Chopper leaves, if you're still there when the Exfil becomes available again, DO NOT call the Exfil again immediately because like 100 Zombies will Spawn at the Exfil and if you Call the Exfil then you'll be getting less Zombie Kills overall because only so many Zombies can spawn at one time. The Exfil Zombies spawn constantly until the Chopper Lands, so if you call the Exfil whilst those Zombies that were already spawned in are still spawning, you won't be able to kill the 100 that spawn there after the Exfil plus let's say 200-300 more, it'll just wait until you've killed the 100 that were already spawning and then spawn more, but at that point, the chopper will be landing soon and then the Zombies stop spawning. Idk if I made this sound over-complicated or not, but it's not. Literally just spawn in, kill zombies, go to the exfil, call in the chopper, kill the spawning zombies, wait for exfil to leave and respawn, repeat.
I kinda want you to cover the SVA next because out of every Assault Rifle, it's the only one that seems just bad imo, I can do just fine with any other Assault Rifle BUT the SVA. Also, the Holger 556 is a BEAST in this game! You could cover that one next, but I already have a couple good builds for it.
I'd like to see one of the burst rifles, its been so long since weve had good ones. Obviously the type 95 is way more popular but Im curious what pros and cons the FAMAS has over it
@@Dragoonsoul7878 you're probably talking about CW bursts. They were like the ones in this game, really low recoil and easy, but they DID 1 burst to chest. They require a headshot in this game so its fine That being said the only other good bursts we've had in the past 5yrs was the famas in mw19. It wasn't popular, but that gun deleted if you could handle it. I prefer that style to the laser recoil kind tbh, but the laser kind is amazing at killing headglitchers
This thing sucks without the jak raven kit tbh. Need that fire rate buff. Even with it, it feels like a pea shooter compared to some of the other assault rifles. Accuracy be damned, I have better luck cross-map with every other AR.
Ace I love you man, I'm trying to hang in there but this SBMM is killing my drive and energy with this game. Add to that I'm a solo player which makes it legit unbearable. Bullets not registering, never having a full team or start with a full team yet finishing the match and it's 6v3. It's reprehensible.
Yep. Can't get a single good match. My stats are the absolute worst ive ever had. Bullets don't work. Can't see people. Random lag. Always playing people from Puerto Rico & Brazil even though I live in the midwest USA. If its not a technical issue, its the difficulty of my lobbies. I'm a decent player, but damn I am playing against people who don't do anything else. So yeah it's either rigged, something broken, or too difficult.
@DimzDaDude The damage is low , but mine is very accurate up to midrange and can kill snipers at long range with tapping. Close range is good as well but not great.
JUST got my first ever dna bomb using the stealth/strafe build and went on to get 40 gun streak!! (my best ever on any cod- non-infected) and on my 28th birthday no less. Thank you ace!
The Jak Raven Kit makes no sense. Switching from 5.56 to .300BLK should INCREASE your close range damage and recoil, while decreasing range, bullet velocity, and long range damage. That’s how a .300 bullet compares to a 5.56. I know SHG isn’t the best at attention to details like this but this makes no sense.
Hey simple suggestion here: could you overlay some text during the recoil test that says the range in the corner or something. Also the hipfire comparison is a little confusing because I don't know if the weapon's hipfire circle goes off the inside or the outside of the hipfire notches.
My MCW is at the max lvl, but I dont have half of the suggested attachments, are they from MW2? If so, that sucks major. Is there any way to unlock those attechments?
I've been loving the MCW almost got it gold, I'm surprised how it compares to other ARs, I thought it was going to have an above average TTK, this explains why I finished headshots so fast, I'm really bad at games I have terrible aim so usually struggle at getting headshots but I had finished the camo challenge for headshots in just one match
It is interesting that in HC, the health value is 30, in other games with 150hp likeCold War or BO4, the health for HC is 28, The reason for this is for not affecting the 30 health threshold and affect the weapon in core modes
Thanks for all the work / effort that you do Ace, and thanks for including the Hardcore Stats as well! Glad to see the detailed stats in this game to assist us in making determinations as well. Do wish that Aiming Idle Sway was a more visible stat than just the arrows, but I suppose that's what the Firing Range is there for (amongst other reasons).
@@BigDraco123 556 will dodge it but the 26 is getting nerfed in my opinion. The default class Anti-Material is a dope class, I run that set up for both 556 & 26. Even IAmMarksman made a vid on it
Not sure about other people, but if you wanted to use the time you normally would've used for barrels to talk a little bit more about your opinions on guns, I think that'd be pretty cool.
The only good SMG i've tried so far is the Striker-9 and even that one isn't as good as the Holger or MCW, really. I've heard that the WSP-9 I think, which is like the big boy Uzi, is pretty good, but i've not used it yet in MP. Also Shotguns need a buff, at least the Riveter anyways, I get outgunned by AR's at close range when I used the Riveter, even though I think it's actually been buffed since the Beta lol
@@DeadSpacedOut I have used wsp 9 and it's mediocre. AR still reigns supreme at all ranges. What's sad is sometimes you demp an entire mag on an enemy and they don't die but they kill you in 2 bullets! Wtf?

@@DeadSpacedOutthe WSP / UZI only really benefits from the .45 Auto conversion mod you get from the armory. The thing becomes a pocket rifle and hits hard at longer ranges. The only SMG I've used that feels consistent is the Striker 9, not as much damage, but between the fire rate and recoil, it's a pretty balanced pick for CQB. Personally I'm liking the APC9, definitely not going to be a meta pick, but it's fun to use and customize.
@@roar104 Yeah, the Lockwood 680 kinda seems like the only good shotgun, though the Haymaker seemed... okay I guess. I haven't tried the MW2 Shotguns outside of the Double Trigger Lockwood, which is just... just... horrible.
It honestly doesnt even matter how you configure the gun. The better the gun, the better your performance for one round, then sbmm makes you suffer lmao.
He'll probably just do general videos talking about how the MWII guns get changed in future patches, and where they stand relative to MWIII guns And they ARE going to get changed. There are obvious problems, like the snipers not killing even in the head out to an infinite distance. The MWII guns end up feeling lackluster in at least some area, if not overall
Ive been having crazy desync, hit-reg and TTK/TTD issues, dying in 2 bullets and everyone else seems like a sponge. The beta felt way better and i hope this is something they are aware of. Also having a weird issue with attachments disappearing in the gunsmith and having nothing to choose from.
Hey Ace! Not sure if you noticed but the Daemon Hand attachment for the 9mm Daemon is missing the pistol fastdraw trait. I wonder if this was intentional since it seems only this pistol from MW2 missing the pistol fastdraw attachment. Additionally, I wonder if other attachments have had some of their traits removed from MW2.
I just started using the MTZ, and I'm loving it so far, so that would be nice to see a guide on. I already gold camo'd the MCW, really good gun. Headshots are key for sure.
I could be wrong, but it seems like something is bugged with the advanced stats, or maybe they are just not correct (possibly just a display error) when you have the JAK Raven kit equipped. For instance, the advanced stats shows that with the JAK Raven kit equipped EVERY stock attachment IMPROVES all 3 of the listed recoil stats to varying degrees, even the ones that NORMALLY actively harm your recoil. A specific example of this is the "MCW Ironbark Tactical Stock". It normally HARMS all 3 recoil stats by +4% each, but the trade off is (supposed to be) improving Hipfire Spread Max (-12%), Tactical Stance Spread (-14%), ADS Speed (-5%), and Sprint To Fire Speed (-5%). However, when the JAK Raven kit is equipped this same stock displays WILDLY different beneficial and detrimental effects. With the conversion kit equipped the displayed numbers in the advanced stats change and now show an IMPROVEMENT to the following stats: -13% Recoil Gun Kick, -12% for both Horizontal and Vertical Recoil, -9% Hipfire Spread Max, -12% Flinch Resistance, and -10% Tactical Stance Spread. It also shows that it has altered cons and displays that the follow stats are HARMED: -4% for both Movement Speed and Crouch Movement Speed, -2% Sprint Speed, -1% Tactical Sprint Speed, -6% ADS Movement Speed, (these next 2 stats are also harmed) +2% ADS Speed, and finally +3% Sprint To Fire Speed. The pros and cons listed remain unchanged, and yes I know these are famously not very accurate in general but I feel it bolsters my point that something is wrong when the displayed pros and cons lists are unaltered but the advanced stats screen have vastly different numbers that are inconsistent with what the attachment actually does. So this either means that the attachments ARE NOT giving the displayed benefits in the advanced screen while still having the same pros and cons (Which would mean the quick stats are correct still and the advanced stats are the things that are incorrectly being displayed), or the attachments ARE giving the benefits displayed in the advanced stats screen (which would mean both that the quick view stats arrow things are inaccurate AND it also would mean that each attachment has ENTIRELY different stats, benefits, and cons compared to normal. Which would also mean they are basically different attachments altogether). Increasing or decreasing the level of help or hinderance an attachment offers when equipped to a conversion kit is understandable for balance purposes IF the change remains consistent with what the attachment is supposed to do in the first place AND properly displayed to the player, so they know what will be improved and what will be harmed by equipping an attachment. Changing the base function of an attachment (that works in a consistent manner when put on any other weapon) is a bit less understandable, and doing this while displaying inconsistent information to the user makes no sense at all. If it changes then make it clear, if it stays the same but the level of benefit and detriment changes MAKE IT CLEAR, and finally if it doesnt change at all then fix the display bug in the advanced stats. Sorry for the monologue haha.
So that aftermarket part is basically "Hey do you want to make your gun REALLY bad, use this". WTF were they thinking? They nerfed the bullet velocity by a huge amount. Sure OK, but they should have INCREASED the damage instead. Lets make a "cool aftermarket part that just makes the bullet velocity really SMG bad and then make recoil worse and a bad damage profile across the board, YAY". I thought the whole point was to change the gun but not for the worse just for something different. Like a gun that is very fast firing to a slow firing but hard hitting. Or reverse. A slow firing hard hitting gun into a "spitfire" gun that does less damage but has high ROF and mobility. This Jak Raven is just all around crap. The after market part for the Renetti is really good for example. Makes me wonder how the "Brood mother WSP" aftermarket part is like. Or the Pulemeyot.
Help required!! Why can't I activate the 'armoury unlock' for the underbarrel? I'm level 55, Gun is max level, I've done multiple daily challenges. When I try to activate it in gunsmith, nothing happens. Poor with a sniper so avoiding that route.
The gun is powerful for the same reason I sweat with the ACR in '09. You don't miss shots. Taking an extra bullet to kill isn't that big of a hinderance when it's so easy to land all your shots. I already gilded this so I won't be back to it until it's time for forged, but I had a great time using this gun!
I really dont like to complain, but is anyone else less than thrilled that one of todays dauly challenges was Kill 3 Operators Without Taking Damage 10 Times? If thst were for a camo, sure. But daily challenge to unlock gear and perks? I know this isn't the subject of the video but Ace has influence and I cant imagine there not being outcry that they locked gear and perks behind such an Anti-PTO challenge.
Uuh nobody good is using the MCW as far as I can tell. I play both multiplayer (which is brainless) and ground war, which is methodical and brutal in mw3 everyone is rocking a sniper or anything other than mcw
This is the weapon that shot me up from negative KD to 2.50 kd. When u have low ttk, bad weapon balancing and connection issues only the meta will lower "skill gaps".

An accurate peashooter, is still a peashooter. Also, I think you gave SHG too much of a pass with the spawns. They may be better than the beta, but they're still need a lot of work.
Mcw accuracy build is identical To my own. Lol. But I play hardcore so been rocking the mk2 and the tenet to pistol without the kit and using stock. And is a a hard sweaty place. Better to be banging than getting banged.

Its accurate, but the taq56 is damn near the same minus being nerfed like rhe rest of mw2 guns. If ypu guys unlocked the conversion kit it changes it to dominate mid range but increases recoil slightly
Have it fullt locked not getting the attachments. Level 55 still dont have a semtex. Armory challenges are stupid and cant believe influencers arent talking about it more. They should be a shortcut to unlock something at a higher level. If your level 55 that's it you should unlock everything not have to complete challenges like 5 mele kills.
The MCW shoots pees for me. Legit takes what feels like 20 bullets for every kill. I actually think it's one of my least favorite guns in the game. I just can't get it going.

Game is good player base is ratty af. We finally get a cod where u can rush and ppl still setup camp. I don’t get why ppl care so much about their kd. Lol im having fun rushing around and using all sorts of different load outs not just ars, battle rifles or snipes.
Burst guns are killer. I still haven't leveled the m16, but I've already fully leveled the DG-58 and working on the FR 5.56 now. Both are super assault rifles in core multiplayer.
holger by far the best AR it will be meta very soon. TTK is way to consistent and the damage drop off is not even a thing. A half recoil half ADS build is broken rn haha

Ace you might want to revise your hitbox dummy graphic, TGD made a video where he says the chest hit boxes are much larger in this game and do down to the waist/belly button area
When using the Jak Raven kit. Can you use the ammunition to increase the bullet velocity? At least you could get the velocity back into better numbers.

Given that every mw2 gun is in the game and rebalanced, how reasonable is it to expect any of those being redone in mw3? I mean i actually wont be using them at least until my pistols are diamond anyway but
