Getting ready for our quality time😜 with Covid patients face to face and closed doors for hours..
When they arrive at the OR, the team takes care of them, touch them, hook monitors, put on oxygen cannula, change their linens, give IM and IV medications, surgeons and nurses operate on them and anesth continuously monitor them all throughout. Pre-covid time this routine was just as doing our usual job, but with covid as new normal, just putting on, being inside these layered PPEs and very close contact to a Covid patient make the job 10x difficult. It’s almost 2 years since pandemic started, please stay safe and don’t get infected.. 🙂🌻 And please pray for your HCW.. 🙏🏻
