The Meaning of Life Path #8 in Numerology [Success Tips Included!] 

The hardest thing about this life path for me is overcoming a lifetime of self-esteem issues in order to become all that I'm meant to be.

Leadership is continuously shoved into my throat even tho didn't want to.

I was born in a poor working class area of East London, and so learnt as a boy to either survive and dominate or not, so accepting dominance from other people is not my thing unless I could feel inspired by them, then I would learn and excel very quickly as my drive is and has always been great. I achieved CEO at 35, and walked away from it at 40, as once I had achieved it, it felt that there was something greater. As a consequence of me walking away from my status / career, the following 8 years broke me, my wife divorced me because our standard of living fell, and I lost everything in search of a different mission. And yes I know I can walk into a senior role tomorrow, but I would not be happy and my " Y " is greater than the discomfort I feel surviving just above the bread line currently. I know there is something greater coming my way, I know it will change my life and that of many, many people but I struggle with the waiting, whilst the rest of the world ( or so it seems ) continues to grow, and move forward. I guess because I have not received yet, I am not ready. So for all those 8’s out there I feel you, never give up on your Y, on your dreams, on your purpose - God Bless 🙏

I’m a life path 8, and this was very accurate. My earliest memories of being the “victim” was as a child. My mom did not like my independent and naturally leadership personality. She made sure I knew I was to be submissive. Honestly, I’ve never felt like a leader. However, every job I’ve ever had people have told me I’m going to be a leader, or I get slid into leadership roles. My issue is, I’m also highly sensitive, and being in leadership roles can really stress my nervous system. How do we balance the two?

We don't like to push ourselfs into a leader role. It should happen narurallly and we only want to spend the energy needed for projects that we identify. with. We don't like to be leaders because we like to lead but if we decide to be one, we do it because we see that we are the best person for the job.

I’m a life path number 8 (35/8) and to be honest I think that number 8 is big time misunderstood. All of you number 8ths reading this, know that number 8 means infinite possibilities. The enxiety you feel, comes grately from this power. The thing to remember is where we put our energy and attention as it’s so easy to get distracted and often choosing feels like loosing. So it’t not like we care so much for getting rich just for the sake of owning things or for the power. We just genuinley want it for the every living being and know it’s possible. Tolerance is very common with number 8ths. It’s why we have a problem with authority figures. Our world is not black and white and we want to create spaces where everyone feels welcome and safe just as they are. We want good for everyone. We are being grately misunderstood and feared mainly because of our strong sense of justice. What really drives us, is the well being of everyone around us. Also, the number 8 is one of the most spiritual numbers, the infinite, the absolute. It represents no end and no begining. Two oposite poles that have a commun point right in the center. Oneness! We have the capacity to see things from different perspectives. i always... ALWAYS... had problem with authority figure when i knew they were wrong. parents, boss, people who managed things-when they were wrong (i always fight them 😭) but i learn to ignore them nowadays and take charge only for myself. i dont understand myself, why am i like that.. am i the bad one? but, turn out, im life path 8... im okay with people who had authority but wise and nice... they tend to teach me lots of things...

This explains me so well because I hate confrontation and I like to stay in the back with my mouth shut except when I’m at work. I hate being told what to do and I want to with for myself but so scared no one will care

The deep desire to become the Honorable, abundant leader resonates so so deeply and I also feel that my lack of knowledge about some of the obstacles that I’ve faced left me feeling defeated but now I realized it was part of my making so it def adds ease to my perspective.. Learning to embrace all that I am now with understanding.

From my personal experience, there have been equal advancements and setbacks. Learning to appreciate my capabilities through extreme periods of lack and abundance. Recognising that everything I have has come with a lesson, and knowing every 'bad' experience provided growth. It's being unsure of the future yet fighting to achieve, even when you may dislike the journey - you equally recognise the power that pain will provide. Acknowledging that karma is inescapable and minimising complaints when 'bad' things happen, as an equal measure of 'good' is not far away. These are my experiences x

Respecting and being grateful for all powers that are over me has been a great help...from paying the Utility company on time to repaying all of my creditors. Maintaining the highest integrity possible has freed me the constant shame and guilt that comes with over spending. Helping others and giving to the needy helps me feel more powerful and has increased my own sense of security. Being completely honest with myself and accountable for all of my actions helps build integrity so that I trust myself...and other people trust me as an honorable person. ..when I master integrity and giving other people the honor and the gratitude that they deserve, that's when I will feel confident enough to lead others. ✨️

Wow! I felt lost for years, always having strong ambition but confused on output and the physical. Innately confident but not when it came to social spheres, confused with influence, seeing my impact but lost on it.. this video hit home and wish I had this advice years ago!

MY WHOLE LIFE I ‘ naturally’ took the role during a crisis, was ALWAYS promoted by MD’s to be the manager of every job over 20 yrs as an RN. Every BIG risk I took, I GOT. My life was shattered by an abusive husband & then I got Stage 4 breast cancer. OK that was REALLY HSRD, but my oncologist says ‘to get back out there’. She has never seen such a fighter. I have 3 incredible adult sons.My life has been such a journey- but I KNOW I MUST complete this last ‘8 life path mission’. I KNOW & live my core values, I have become organized- I’m terrified, but I have to stop being broke ( can’t do much when in chemo the rest of my life) AND TAKE MY PLACE.

WoW! I was looking on how to integrate my birth number 7 with the life path 8 because I am not as successful as I know I can be. And I felt the birth number 7 was holding me back in some way. It’s not easy when you were raised to have less self esteem or be under the thumb of overbearing authority figures. I realize I frequently ascend in my career without even trying to be an authority bc if this path. My programming tells me I’m no leader, but my path reveals different.

Okay, so everything you said feels true, especially the part about staying in roles where you are not able to be a leader. I've jumped from job to job because problems keep occurring for me. I'm there again (unfortunately) and am looking at joining a place in which we all sort of function as our own CEOs. what you said about resisting stepping into a leadership role really resonated, especially because people usually elect me into this kind of role. I fear offending people because I know how stern and critical I can be so prefer working by myself so i don't have to worry about hurting others' feelings. Also, when u said the life path guides you on who you are supposed to become meaning you will experience the opposite of abundance and the power struggles in this case. These experiences helped me realize that I need to work for myself. It just feels right so that's what I'm working on at the moment.

Wow. I’m so grateful for this! I’m feeling so much of it! A while back, I decided I wanted to manifest a healing retreat/community center, that ended up getting very large in my mind 🤗 That’s what I wanted my future to be, my truest desire in that moment. A sanctuary for the soul. Once I started manifesting my life changed. I went out on my own after working at a salon for years. Now I’m meeting all my healers and tribe and crazy stuff is starting to align with that vision. But I’m starting to freak out a little. Like maybe I dreamed up to big of a vision. I’m not sure I’m organized enough for the job. I’m not even sure my role as a healer. Oh my goodness - this all resonates so deeply. My business is about manifesting your best life, and moving forward and getting things off the ground with it all at times has been a huge challenge. Between the organization of it, and feeling like I'm in over my head sometimes. But I see the lessons and I'm growing through it. Even the part about taking your power back. Born 9-19-1996 and unfortunately an 8 lp. Just living the hardest life.

Hi I seem to create a lot of conflict just by being. Trying to keep to myself, but people approach me or shout at me. I used to become sad, but lately I get angry instead. I have north node in 8th house as well.. I agree with being scared of being in the spotlight.

May we please break this down Nat, and get more specific, as each 8 Life path has it's own nuances. I have a 17/8, and it's and feel it's quite unique, especially to a 26 or 44 8 Life Path. The 8 is an even number, a socially collective, more team based number. But the 1 and 7 are very very independent, with the 7 perhaps even recluse, but very introverted as well as independent.... So I'm discovering that my 17/8 Life Path may be very different than others. And then there's the nuances of how our Destiny # and all the cycles we go through really change the journey that we're all on in a very significant way than other Life Paths we share a number with.... This is quite complex, and not very straight forward as so many newbies may be thinking, right...? Authority figures, and would-be self-appointed authority figures, have always held me up to impossibly high standards, because they wanted to make an example out of somebody. I guess they assumed by my appearance that I would just accept what they dealt me without complaint. Well, they can think again because honey, I ain't the one. Anyone with complaints can stuff them up their poop chute. I'm not here to be the scapegoat, or to illustrate a point someone's trying to make. Disrespect will make an enemy out of me. I have recurring 8's and 9's in all my life's numbers. I don't think they go together very well...unless I want to be a cult leader. I am so tired of people and their crap, so I don't want to lead them! Unless it's the heck away from me. I have taken care of people for so long, I feel like an unpaid home health aide who gets bitched at because I can't be all things to all people. Everything goes to hell, and suddenly I'm the one who gets blamed for it. I did not sign up for this! I'm not a people person. I want to lead myself, that's it.
