I have your book. I haven't had time to read it all but enjoyed what ive read so far. I am the mind aktering type. I have been struggling and was put on an SNRI and two months later added a SSRi. I was also put on a low dose of HRT. I dont believe it is helping yet but has been only two weeks.

I am also in pre-menopause, these symptoms have made my life miserable, every day I wake up with fear when there is no more energy left in my body to do anything. what, I have been fighting with it for 4 months now, every day I am exhausted and very very tired, I am very scared and worried, I have no energy to go to work or anywhere, I feel I felt very weak and depressed, I cried a lot and didn't know that I was having symptoms of premenopause coming back to me. So cruel, I finally had to go to a gynecologist to get help. help, I cried a lot to her and begged her to help me, after being tested for Blood and urine as well as taking pictures and finally I chose to have HRT treatment even though I knew those things there will be side effects later but I can't live every day with a weak body, I have been on HRT treatment for 2 weeks but I still haven't seen any change, I hope HRT will give me strength again. Life is normal like before 😢😢😢😢😢😪😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😪😪😪😪

If HRT doesn't seem to help, find a doctor that prescribes bio-identical hormones. Better safety profile than synthetics.

Hi Doctor , My wife(29 yrs) is 10 weeks 4 days pregnant and her TSH is 7.29, T4 : 0.86 ng/dl. Blood Group B-, BP-120/70, B.W - 59 Kg. Hemoglobin : 9.80 gm/dl. ICT - negative. This is our first pregnancy, and we are worried about her elevated TSH levels. She was prescribed Thyroxine 25 mcg/day. Is this the right dosage? (cause we googled 2 mcg/kg/per is avg requirement), As we mentioned it is our first pregnancy we are really worried, So we would be really appreciate more insight on this issue. (Anti-TPO test results are still pending , we will get them after 2 days)

I did not do HRT and would still rather not without a lot of issues, but I do have the vaginal atrophy at only 52. I tried the estrogen cream and tablet and neither seem to really do much. Is there anything else?
