My sore joints started at age 32, about 23 years before menopause! MD's tested for RA, which was always inclusive the first time and negative the second time. I take a glucosamine/chondroitin/turmeric/black pepper/boswellia/hyaluronic acid/quercetin supplement, saffron, and resveratrol. I also try to eat bone broth soups rather than collagen powder. Walking every day is important with arthritis.

Would like a video regarding progressive aspect of vaginal atrophy and why doctors and women can't seem to get enough vaginal estradiol on board to relieve it. What do you think about growth factors, PRF, and other office procedures for vaginal issues? Also what about a video about starting HRT earlier, like between 35-40 so that women can avoid the weight gain, symptoms, etc.? Read and article about "hormone doctor to the stars," and that is how he treats.

Movement. Don't be sedentary. The more I move, the better I feel. Also, I eat a ketogenic diet. Grains are inflammatory and so is sugar. High healthy, animal fats really help the joints Eating keto stopped my menopause symptoms including anxiety.

Among many other things, I had bone deep aching and weakness in my legs. It got worse, not better, with exercise. It was like I had aged 15-20 years in a few months. I was actually kind-of bent over like a very old woman in the mornings. Sometimes I had to take the stairs one at a time like a toddler. I felt like my muscles were just melting away. My doctor tried to tell me it could just be normal aging. So frustrating and condescending - like I don’t know my own body. “Normal aging” doesn’t just drop on your head in a matter of months like these symptoms did. Less than a week after starting estradiol patches, my legs started recovering. It’s been almost three months now and my muscle tone has returned, I can exercise, I get out of bed and feel normal. My legs feel and function properly again. It was nearly miraculous! Don’t be afraid of replacing the hormones that your body is missing - it can be life changing.

Horrible upper arms pain and thighs happened literally sudden. I was barely able to turn in bed from side to side without crying in pain at 45 years old. The doctor diagnosed me with Polymyalgia rheumatica and prescribed Prednisone. Pain was gone but when I stopped the Prednisone...it was back again. Then a few months ago out of the blue I developed bilateral tendinitis to the point that I couldn't use my right arm. NO ONE told me these are symptoms of low Estrogen.

4 months after my complete hysterectomy, this previous runner and hiker, couldn’t even get up off the ground due to the extreme pain from my joints and muscles. No supplements or pain killers were enough to get rid of it. It was the final straw to start on HRT 2 months ago and within 2 weeks I noticed major improvement in the joints and all the other symptoms of menopause. I had resisted HRT for months but the joint pain was the final push over the edge to get it. So glad I made that choice to start HRT. Thanks for your videos, they helped me make a good decision for me.

My muscles, skin, joints ... all destroyed. Doesn't matter what I do, and exercise hurts more than helps, for the first time in my life. I feel like I went from 46 to 86 in a matter of months after the procedure. They slapped on an Estradiol patch, but I'm not absorbing the generic anymore and hurt so badly that my quality of life is just awful. We’ve all been lied to about the need for estrogen in menopause, as you probably know. Replacing our estrogen prevents osteoporosis, heart disease and Alzheimer’s. They’ve stopped prescribing HRT for that purpose. Now they only prescribe it for the symptoms, and only for up to 5 years. No surprise though, as the entire medical industry is run by Luciferians!

HRT not FDA Approved is a hilarious statement to me mostly because while the FDA has been efficacious in many ways, has also failed miserably in more ways than we can count. Couple that along with the woefully under-researched aspects of Menopause and we have a nearly unimportant statement - though i realize it is made because of several reasons for stating HRT as a possible remedy. With all that, i recently started bioidentical HRT at age 55 and after having suffered joint pain for over a year, in a matter of just under a month, the pain and stiffness have pretty much disappeared. And for someone who is otherwise healthy and loves walking on average 8 to 10 miles a day as part of stress relief, HRT has given me my life back in this regard.

Thank you for sharing this information. I developed plantar faciitis in my late 40's and had trouble walking. Swimming helped strengthen my legs in different ways, but sometimes I suffered from back pain instead. I stopped swimming during Covid and I was diagnosed with a different inflammatory problem with my feet, my right shoulder was frozen for two and now my left one has been frozen for six months. I follow an anti-inflammatory diet, I take anti-inflammatory supplements, I have a huge collection of ointments and heating pads and I'm at my wits end. My gyno says I'm fine, my acupuncturist is very concerned. Women friends have made the connection between estrogen and joint pain, and Kaiser docs deny the connection. I really had to complain repeatedly for a prescription for HRT, which I will pick up and try soon. I really hope it works.

In peri-land. 44. I have had my hormones checked 3x in the past 6 months and the amount of fluctuation is unreal. I am experiencing more aches and pains and lower back pain. I have a healthy lifestyle, and take supplements. Had comprehensive labs done. Doing PT. Started acupuncture. I realize the effects of unstable hormones, but the timing is tricky, as I don’t think taking a BHRT is wise for me, while in peri. I can see post menopause. But it is frustrating the up and down. Fortunately, many women I know are not struggling. I just wish I knew when I was 11, that painful periods wasn’t normal and terrible acne in 20s is an imbalance. I am doing the best I can for now.

this seems to be a pervasive problem for women during or after menopause. My bone and joint pain started when I was about 45. It was so bad that it took me ages to get up out of my chair or walk upstairs. I was in tears most days and couldn't even go shopping. Not sure if this will help you or not but I"ve had same symptoms as you, left knee also and at times moved to my right as well. A few times had a hard time just walking up a flight of stairs without limping. I thought I"d damaged something by exercising incorrectly maybe, the pain would come and go.. What I noticed in myself is it helped if I cut out all soda drinks (even diet) I had started drinking diet sodas and stopped buying my bone broth for a little while. When I started again with the bone broth and cut all sodas out it got better. I ran up several flights of stairs today and my knee didn't flare up on me. It might improve other soreness on my body if I started HRT but have not had chance to get due to money. No soda, bone broth and good quality bone broth (can make your own too, just make sure it's grass fed, good quality collagen power too). I also have protein and veggies most meals protein shakes in morning plus supplements in them too. Just what has helped.me so far I can jump on my rebounder again.

I am 77-years-old ..went through menopause 52. Over the past year, I have experienced more fleeting aches and pains, cognitive issues, night sweats, vaginal dryness, and a host of menopausal sxs. The Gynourinary doc put me on l low dose vaginal estradiol..yay it helped. So, why is a low dose oral or compounded estrogen not recommended for older women ? It could be beneficial for BP, cholesterol .. aches and pains etc. Quality of years vs quantity. You don't want to repeat the sxs you had from menopause later in life as estrogen continues to decline. Once was enough. I don't think you can consume enough phytoesrogen foods to elevate your hormones. Is there a diet that could be of benefit to us?

What I've read is that if the dose is too low the symptoms starts to surface again. If your estrogene storage is almost empty to begin with, it will take some time to refill and to find the level that YOUR body needs to feel ok. There's many that experience exactly what you write about. No set limit to how much an individual need.
@denisemoye495
@denisemoye495 Месяц назад
@@StFrannn I suddenly had another period after about 5 months and also then had digestive issues and my joint pain worsened. I think I read that estrogen is at its lowest during your actual cycle so is it possible that even though I’m on hrt, if I have a period my levels can drop even further? It’s so hard to get the level right as I notice when I increase the dose, I show signs of too much estrogen (painful breasts, weight gain and concentration issues) which decrease if I reduce the dose. As estrogen fluctuates wildly during perimenopause, we could do with a daily test to determine the dose our body requires! 🤣

I'm having really bad joint pain started a few years ago since entering menopause has become really bad. It's like it's spread all over my body and now becomes my wrists and thumbs hurt so bad I can't do daily thing sometimes without a lot of pain. I have been worked up medically and don't have anything else going on. I am sure that it is menopause and the lack of estrogen. The problem is is I am on birth control pills still which have a high dose of estrogen in them and I don't understand why they aren't helping my symptoms. I will be transitioning to regular HRT soon. Does anyone know if it is possible that one form of estrogen would help more than another? I'm getting very depressed and feel like my Quality of life is severely fact it by this joint pain. I do have an appointment coming up with a new GYN doctor and hope they can help. I have tried all sorts of supplements to help my joint pain with no success.
