More than a hundred years after its birth, the MICHELIN Guide remains an essential tool for travellers and gourmets all over the world. And yet the world of gastronomy has changed considerably in recent years, with the success of foodie influencers and the advent of a more sustainable cuisine that responds to societal challenges. What role does the Michelin Guide play in this changing landscape?
