I still don't get why they thought it was a great Idea to risk losing 2 jaegers instead of having 3 damaged. The whole tactical decision for a Jaeger to be deployed but held in reserves was just foolish since superior numbers typically win when fighting in melee combat.

@@Progamerguy101 They needed Striker to carry the nuke, If Striker was too damaged and couldn't carry the nuke then more and more kaiju would have poured out from the rift since they were coming in faster and faster

we can see that Gipsy danger's core reactor was able to melt through mark 5 kaiju with relative ease, while Gipsy avenger's dual core reactor didn't do anything

Kaiju blood is very harmful to humans so utilizing brute force or plasma weapons to prevent bleeding are the main strategies, also Rayleigh had no idea Gipsy had the sword after she was repaired and modified.

This is how you make giant things jump and sprint convincingly, I love how even when the jaegers and kaiju are running, jumping, and doing all these fast and sprawling things they still feel weighty and powerful, I love the monsterverse but some of GvK felt kinda floaty and weightless with godzillas movement especially.
