I have the same combo with no regrets! The form factor and capabilities of both devices are way more than enough for all of my needs. And it feels great not to worry about upgrading all of the time. 😬

@@QasimZafar Then again, if they come out with a new iPad Mini, I may very well upgrade... Same thing with the iPhone Mini, but we'll see. New internals in a few years would be nice, but for now should be good to go. I keep coming back to the Minis' form factor, which seem to work perfect for my needs. I also have both and they are a joy to use! I have big hands but these two lessen the strain on my hands and arms. I have no regrets whatsoever. I just wished they would still make a mini phone in the future even if it doesnt have “pro” features

For sure. I have been setting the pro up all week and the 13 mini is on my desk. So I grab it now and then to copy settings. And the device (the 13 mini) feels so right. I know I’ll get used to the pro. But man, I think Apple is really should have thought about the mini lovers. All 8 of us. lol maybe use the design for the SE. but I’m seeing it will be a pro max size device
@shapelessbb I think they know but due to the fact that we are in the minority they’ll probably bring back the phone at some point. I just don’t think it’s worth a yearly refresh due to its lack of sales. Let’s hope for the best 😊.
I'm still rocking my 13 Mini and love it. I'm a light user so I can easily get well over two days before I need to charge. Many people don't even realize the mini line was a thing. To this day, I still have people asking me "what is that?" when I pull out the 13 Mini. The average person has no clue the minis were ever sold and that makes me sad. I wish it had been more successful since I think the standard 6.1" iPhone is too big. I also have an iPad Mini and love it for many of the exact same reasons.
@MrMoogle - I’m glad to hear you love the mini as much as I do. I’m a light user too but for me sometimes I do need to charge up during the day. I agree with people asking because I too have experienced the same as this device wasn’t well advertised which I believe is a reason it didn’t do so well. Really hope we get a new iteration at some point as I’ll be ready to upgrade to it.
@xyirx - Totally agree I actually had the Mac mini too which I loved but I switched to the M1 Pro MacBook only because when I’m shooting these videos I like the portability but I will once again be picking up a Mac mini to keep as my dedicated desktop computer. Awesome you enjoy it. I have samsung s23 and iphone 15 pro. I prefer iphone at the moment because its more polished. But im actually waiting on a new iphone and ipad mini to come out🤞. Also because my tab s8+ is heavy and too big for travels😂
@jrelited1814 - Glad you’re enjoying the pro and honestly if I did have to upgrade my mini I’d go for the pro simply because it’s a much easier size to handle compared to the pro max. Hopefully there will be an iPad mini 7 soon which I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on.
Congrats on the 10k. Belatedly perhaps. I'm currently on the S23 Ultra and Tab S9. Those two are the perfect do everything pair. In fact they do everything just about too well. Semi-sorta-maybe thinking about fighting tech addiction by scooping a Refurb 13 mini and mini 6. Even just for a month or two before going back to Samsung.
@POVwithRC - Thank you 🙏🏽. I’d say wait for now, you’ve got a good setup for now. Might be a new iPad mini this year and a new compact phone and if it’s true then that will be the way to go.
Great video! I think this is a really good take, because Apple optimise their software for all sizes - so you don’t really miss out by going small. An iPad Mini is a great reading/video experience, and the 13 Mini gives you the essentials you need in a phone. Only thing I might say is that it is worth having a Mac in the equation so you at least have access to a larger screen if you want it
@Archivist42 - Yeah they’re a great combo for sure. I do have the MacBook and a desk setup with an ultra wide monitor so I have the option for larger screens when I need them. The mini is that great in between device for me.
Tried this combo for “personal” use I prefer the 120 refresh of 15 pro and 12.9 iPad. If Apple allowed the iPhone to use Apple Pencil I would just have the iPhone max. I love the 13 mini but I’d keep it if it came in the pro format. I also use my 13 mini in combo with my iPhone max. Decided to bridge the gap between the 2 and settled for 15 pro. I currently have iPad 11 but I’m going to sell it and get a 12.9M2 or wait for the newest iPad to come out. I’ve tried and tested every device. Apple Watch Ultra (primary device) 15 Pro 512GB + 12.9 iPad Pro M2 2TB would be my ideal combo.
@MADBROW - That’s totally understandable and what you gotta figure out is whatever works for you best and that’s all that matters. Good choice on the 15 pro it’s a happy medium. I also have the Apple Watch Ultra and love it.
Great content and video production, simplicity at its best! I upgraded but downsized from the 11 Pro Max to the 13 mini after stupid amounts of screen time... However, paired the 13 mini with an Apple Watch Ultra so I'm always connected when needed but have reduced the pointless scrolling and content consumption, no regrets!!!

I like the iPad mini for Traveling but I change to the iPhone 14 Plus because for the better battery life. Great Channel keep going - with regard from Germany .
