When I figured out how to do these before this clip and before he started throwing em in batb I called them pop shove backfoot varial flips, basing off anatomic logical function.

@ThePerafronChannel That's why an ollie imposter is an impossible late flip and this is a 360 flip (backfoot) underflip. He flicked, foot didn't wrap. But who gives a shit what its called that was the cleanest one of its kind that I've saw.

Late flips can be done like a normal flip, just using the front foot (late kickflip, late heelflip, etc). So no, late flips are not always down with the back foot. However, most late flips are done using the back foot.

I like how everyone trys to say who did a certain flatground trick first, literally 85% of the tricks have been done by Mullen literally 30 yrs ago like in 1983, even this trick. He was doing nollie/fakie 180 impossible late flips long long ago children.

An ollie imposter is just a 360 flip done with your back foot. This is an impossible late backfoot kickflip. Small difference, but a difference indeed.

if you look closely you can see his backfoot kick it as he starts to impossible. he does an impossible and flips it, therefore it's an ollie

Ive seen a dude do that with an under flip, but this is alot harder, respect Mo.

if you look at the slow mo the board is upside down when he flips it. meaning: underflip

I was just thinking that, but mike mo always adds a certain steez to the tricks like his vertical 360 flips. Rodney is great but he loves doing new tricks and very technical tricks. Skaters like mike mo do only like the basic street tricks over and over again and perfect them get them high and landed bolts. That's why I think rodney has never done a batb or anything I think everyone would get crushed .

Ollie imposter is when you impossible, but don't wrap it around you foot, so it goes straight up. An impossible late flip is an impossible with a late flip. This is obviously an impossible late flip.

0:09 - 0:10 = impossible. Foot comes off of the board, like a 3 shuv. Then goes into... 0:11 = late backfoot flip. I really don't see how you can call that anything else. The fact that the back foot comes off of the board before he kicks it to make it flip, makes it an impossible late flip.

I can make a trick tip for this its really not that hard. if you can pressure and impossible you have it. Pop an impossible in the toeside pocket and when it begins to wrap yank your foot straightup and your toe will hit the board and make it flip.

No. Watch flippity flop pit stop. The reason an ollie imposter is called an ollie imposter, is because it's meant to be a play on the words "ollie impossible". It's an "imposter" because you think it's going to be an impossible, but as you're bringing it around your foot, it slips off and does a 360 flip. It's not considered a late backfoot flip/underflip/pressure flip because there is no underflip or pressure flip. It's one movement. This isn't an ollie imposter.
