Ive seen so many peole play the millenium counter in like azorious or just colourless artifact decks, or something like that. But i see it having huge potential in green decks, with something like Doubling seasons, and that when you untap, you add counters, Making a token counter deck would give you time to survive early game, and late game destroy your opponents with the millenium counter
Wow! I just need to convert those counters into charge counters or +1/+1 counters with Dismantle. I used to use Sun Droplet in the Mirrodin standard, but this would be so much better.
I want to see if it’s possible to have the calendar in legacy with Idris, Soul of the TARDIS to avoid the need for the untap step. Mana would be doable with lotus petals, but haste might need lightning greaves or something.
It has to be a “time counter”, core taper adds “charge counters”. You can add it with core tapper or surge mode, but it won’t contribute anything towards the goal of 1000.
@@Control4Daze If you want to add time counters you would need a permanent with vanishing and to use something like nesting ground to move them onto the calendar or another way would be to have a vanishing creature die with at least one time counter on it while the The Ozolith in play and then animate the calendar before combat so you can move the time counter(s) onto the calendar. Much easier to wait a turn for that first counter.

Yup. It’s supposed to have a Leveler in the sideboard, but I cut it bc I didn’t want to be tempted to win with it 🤣😂😅 I really wanted every kill to come from the Calendar 📅
