Honestly this was one of my favourite movies as a kid, I use to rent it out almost every week. Unfortunately the rental place shutdown and the Blockbuster that went up in is place didn't have didn't copy :(. However I did eventually find a copy and 15+ years later it's still one of my favourites. 🐰🐰🐰
I used to watch this as a kid...and actually liked it. Though there's a good chance I probably didn't understand any of the story, I still sometimes wonder what it did to my mental health.
I remember my dad would read the book to my sister and I- who, might I add, were and are a little fearless for books and animated films- then we watched the movie. Now Netflix has a series and I don't wanna watch it b/c its not gonna be the same xD
When my mom and her sisters were kids, my grandma put this on for them because it looked like a kids show. She says that she and her sisters cried for hours after that
My childhood has come back to haunt me with songs from my adolescence. Thank you for making this, this really does trigger a lot of emotions. Perfect fit btw.
oh my god. this is so amazing. i love this so much. i'll just put on this edit on loop in the background instead of the actual song because it sounds so much better with the pitch lower imo. if you made a video of just the pitch lower i would be the happiest person on earth no joke keep making amazing edits dude!!!!!
This edit made me watch Watership Down for the first time, and damn. I'm kinda sad I'm not six anymore so I could traumatize myself, but I guess It wouldn't matter since I watched Coraline and loved it when I was three.
Ah yes! A song about a person getting tortured using electric shock therapy and slowly decending into madness perfectly fits the visual of bunch of rabbits fighting
i. LOVE THIS. when i was a kid i loved watership down (i literally begged my grandma to buy it) and this is my fav song and these two put together is just absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤
Ill always remember my first time watching this movie. My friend and I were 9, and quarantined together since we were super sick, his mom put this on, and so I was fading in and out of fever dreams while watching this shit
I know I only got this recommended to me because I’ve been listening to Hawaii Part II repetitively, but dang this looks like the kind of thing I would’ve been OBSESSED with as a smaller child - I’m not sure why I was always a fan of animal and animated violence.
Mmm, this is how I found out about the movie. I never had the trauma of watching it as a kid, but now that I've watched the original movie and the Netflix series. I love them both.
I remember seeing Watership Down pop up on my TV and I thought it was a normal kid's movie like Charlotte's Web or something and holy shit I was so wrong
I had watership down as a Christmas present when I was 4/5, and I remember being so terrified that I couldn't even watch the whole film. Never watched it since
[I remember my nanny having a DVD of Watership Down-] [Guess what rating it had.....] [ *PG* ] [As a kid I tried to watch it but only watched the start and turned it off- I never saw the graphic parts of it cuz I think I just got bored of it early in the movie-] [Also to add, Watership Down is my one of my nanny's favourite movies]
i accidentally traumatised my classmates when i was 8 because we were watching a movie in class the next day so i yelled out asking if we could watch this, so my teacher said yes and i brought in my copy of the film and everyone cried also im freaked out that i found this video in my reccomended because i have always been reminded of this film when i listened to hawaii part ii, it's such a strange album it brings back all the really weird or disturbing memories that you have mostly forgotten about
Ree?!ryleigh OwO No they didn’t animate this This is a pmv of an old movie from the 1970’s called Watership down, that was based on a book also called Watership down It’s a movie about rabbits fleeing from their home due to a terrible danger that one of the main characters saw.
