What I like most about you is you talk an walk the talk like I did in the military , and fishing , when not having to go somewhere to fight love your videos , keep em coming
Dave what's going on man! Man that second blue and that Flathead where huge! That first blue was nice and I know you don't like stripers but that Joker was a monster too! Great episode as always man! Keep on getting down!
Excellent lessons. You have to find the fish in order to catch them. Just because you're fishing the hole you always used before, doesn't mean they will always be there. You got me started fishing for catfish again after a 30-year break. Your videos have taught me to stay on the fish. Thanks Dave!
Catfish Dave, been waiting for over a year. Watched almost all your videos. You da man, don't give a crap what anyone else says, you da man. Keep on keeping on. I'm learning. Give my eye teeth to fish with you. But then I do with every new video. Thanks Catfish Dave. 🎣🎣🎣🎣👍👍👍✌✌✌✌
Thank you for all the effort and dedication you put in to your videos both on and off the water. There are a lot of good, good catfishermen out there making videos, but you set the standard for effort, consistency and just flat out getting it done and passing your knowledge on in sweet little chunks that I can digest and apply. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! You just do you, Dave.
Great Video Dave. I enjoy the lessons and I have some new ideas to try on my local lake I’m experiencing the same thing happening now. The fish have moved on, time to put in some work and find um.
Love your you tube channel. Been with ya long time now. Just watched your video on the trailer issues and having to quit your job. 😢. I'm disabled with both legs amputated below knees but I still get out fishing and hunting. I live in Colorado springs Colorado with only a few catfishing areas close. I've learned a lot from ya about catfishing from the bank. I'll keep watching ya as long as you keep posting videos. Oh and can't wait to see your hat's and shirt's. I'll for sure buy from ya when I can. Freind. Randy
You’ve been dropping vids like crazy haha I’m a new viewer I’m lovin this stuff for sure. Im gonna have to get on some blue cats once I’m further south but I’m also curious as to what size hook you use? Thanks Catfish Dave the fish slayer!
I fish salt water. Never caught a cat just enjoy watching your videos. Striped bass is a trophy fish here on long Island. Nice healthy looking fish in that river. Happy holidays everyone
Dave you the man and I am handicapped disabled and don’t know how much long I have but I have you on my bucket list to fish with you Dave cause you the man and f all the haters
Hacap is Dave number one. This is catfish Dave number to from Cincinnati Ohio. I would like for you to do me a favor if you get the time make just a video of you playing some music on your guitar I love how you play and I must say you got a pretty damn good. So if you could do that for me I'd really appreciate it. Thank you and be safe out there on the
Hey Dave, This is Chin Whiskers Long....I think it would be a funny comedy relief if you added the dinkometer to your vids...horizontal bar graph with a triangle pointing down that moves from left to right as to how big the fish is...like a one to 5 pound would be a (prepubescent puller-dont know how he even got the hook in his mouth), 6 to fifteen pound-(the juvenile has to eat), 16 to twenty pound starting to put a bend in the pole), Twenty pound to thirty pound (now we are talking a quality fish), Thirty one pound to 49 pound (That is what we are here for). Fifty pound and above.( Monster Whisker Fish) Have a good holiday! Mark
If it was me, I'm come back this weekend and collect a couple beers from each catfisher person! How to know it's a dag blasted striper... there ain't no fiddle music!
Love it !! Swing for the fence ! Maybe you could get a taller camera pole and just point more towards the water.. I stopped posting pic that show any Identifiable features , only the woods in the background.
Anyone else want to see Catfish Dave use a Zebco 88 or something similar to try and get on a big flathead??? Would love to see him try to real in a 50+ pound flat or blue!
Another great video!! Can you post a link to those dual rod holders on the back of your boat?? Or is that something you fabricated yourself?? Anyone else seen these before?
I think the colder water has more oxygen in it and gives the fish a little more fight. Until it gets really cold, then they just sorta go into survival mode.
I tell you what Dave ,,break out the cat fish Dave Barbie doll , with a rattle in her butt , and a signature,, and some hostess ding dongs , then wear that Karl kolshack green jacket and your Christmas hat ,,and you’ll be back in the game ,, ha ha ha ha he he haa
I'm here because of Hook, Line, and Chill. I've watched a few of your videos, and they do have some really good information! I would like to make a few suggestions. 1. You should be wearing a PFD when fishing over cold water solo 2. You pissing and moaning about the haters and trolls isn't very entertaining... you should keep that to a minimum. 3. I really like your conservative practices with the catch and release!!! Keep up the good work!
