It's moronic to say he needs to leave to get more attention... How about they just put them on prime time channels more like they deserve.. 20 years ago if you told me i'd watch the Golden State Warriors a lot in the future because of the splash brothers i would have laughed at you. Good to great "products" to watch will always draw attention.
We are in the midst of an era that has proven that teams built on consistency, deliberate construction, and contunuity, are DOMINATING teams that are constantly going through massive roster reconstructions, coaching changes, and buying their top players rather than growing and developing them through the draft. You gotta love it. This is a golden age of basketball
@@rosssivertson6339 that’s largely cause of the era shift we are witnessing. It’ll shift and happen again. Young guys will team up as they get older and more well paid, and it’ll rinse/repeat until a new generation comes to repeat the cycle and send this generation to retirement.
It's so good because Beal actually can shoot or get a layup on that drive but Conley taps it at the right time to force the pass and that leads to a steal by NAW.
I love how much the goalposts have moved on the wolves this postseason. First the Suns were the worst possible first round matchup for us. Now the Suns are trash and the roles are reversed and the wolves are now national media darlings lol. We comin 🐺💍
Keep in mind; wolves fans have been fans of the dlo for naw/conley 3x2nds trade for a while and naw was such a revelation when he showed up. He’s been getting better since.
McDaniels vs Porter will be interesting. MPJ may get cold with aggressive defense like last year's finals but may respond with more drives like back then. Murray's health will be the x factor in this series.
@@avihs2845 Who guards Porter if not McDaniels? Obviously best defender on Murray makes sense, but Finch may opt to match Ant up on Murray and have McDaniels play on Porter due to his size/length. I think people forget that MPJ is 6'10". I expect Conley on KCP, and then Towns/Gobert to split the Jokic/Gordon matchup.
We see his video talking about himself to be the best than others but he only answers that when people ask about him but when talking about basketball and his team he always credit his teammates first. Swagger , killer mentality and leadership. That’s jordan / kobe mentality right there
While the suns have their flaws the timberwolves defense was great this series and has been this entire season. They have rudy gobert the best rim protector of the past decade and multiple very good to great point of attack defenders with jaden mcdaniels, ANT, and NAW. Intrigued to see what defensive schemes they deploy against the nuggets and what adjustments they make to the nuggets adjustments.
Wolves in 6 over the Nuggets. Played them tough last year. Nuggets lost Bruce Brown. Wolves are gaining Naz and Jaden, along with Ant’s ascension and a better Gobert Wolves back!
As a Nuggets Fan. I will be returning back to this comment section, after we have successfully sit you puppies down. Nuggets in 5😎 (All love tho Lmao, the wolves are a Nice af team. Definitely our biggest competition in the league GoodLuck!)
I just like how I keep seeing handfuls of Nuggets fans saying we won't be able to stop Jamal Murray. Like did y'all not watch the Timberwolves vs Suns at all? We pretty much shut down Beal and Booker having 3 elite perimeter defenders between McDaniels, Ant, and NAW. Murray was defended by Dlo and Reaves vs LA
I feel like they might beat the Nuggets this year and win it all. Even Jokic admitted that among last years teams in their road to championship Minnesota were so difficult to play against because of KAT-Gobert twin tower defense among other factors. Serious contender to win it all this year.
I just found out the T-Wolves swept a series. Haven't paid attention to them for years and years. The T-Wolves have been a cursed franchise. My parents had season ticket for the inaugural season when Bill Musselman was the coach.
9:13 idk if i’m exaggerating but that might be one of the best defensive possession i’ve seen in a long time, literally showed everyone what a perfect modern nba defensive possession looks like
quick editing suggestions: I always notice the instrumental switch (this time around 3:30) and I think it would be even more impactful if it was tied to some new "chapter" in the video. Like at around 4:10 when you start talking about jmacs offense would be a good moment imo. Just an idea, love the videos!
9:06 I think The TWolves ability to scramble and rotate on defense will be key for them in the series against Denver. The Nuggets are the best at executing on offense, so Minnesota has to make sure their defense is on a string all series long.
As a Minnesotan I can’t get my hopes up because Minnesota sports teams always disappoint when they are having a good year. We haven’t won a championship since the 90s and that was in baseball.
I agree with @larrymarket9658 We have so many great young players on the big 4 teams. With many more on the way. I bet each team is gonna win at least one chip in the next 5-10 years.
Phuk no Wolves in 6 Everybody thinks Denver gonna win Minnesota has the better ALL AROUND team with the best defense Denver has the better offense and the best player in the NBA The wolves depth and defense will be the deciding factor in the wolves winning this seris
He already plays great defense and his shooting % has gone up yearly?!? Your argument doesn’t have much basis and reducing him down to a pure athlete and not a basketball player is funny cause that’s what people were saying going into his rookie season…. 😴
He's already shown growth in shooting, passing and decision making under pressure. So there's no guarantee that he can't adapt to losing his athletic edge like other great players have done.
Why would he be average ? He's gonna make the transition like all the ones before him, MJ or Kobe. Are you just saying this because you're mad or something ?
