Because Richard Wiseman is a magician too (well, semi-pro to be honest) so will know to some extent how it's being done. You wouldn't want him to feign emotion, I think he's showing the right level of admiration.
I LOVE you, Dani, and I think you're a genious, but I think that lately you are confusing your spectators way too much. I don't thing that asking 5 times in a row "Are you sure?" will help the effect in any way. In fact, at some point it become really unconfortable for them to be constantly challenge.
