SUCH a great discussion❤❤ Hamish is bang on. As an Osteopath, I could say alot on this!! Giving the tools back to the patient (we inherently have them obviously) is the way forward. A.T Still's (founder of Osteopathy) 1st principle in the 1800s said "The body is a self healing snd regulating mechanism." Flexnor report comes in and bam, the programming to rely on petropharmaceuticals and disconnect from your own body's language really accelerated.
Thanks so much Bronwyn ❤ Hamish is bang on indeed! Totally agree with you that the way forward is giving the tools back to the patient 🔥💥 And thanks for sharing A.T Still's 1st principle too. So true isn't it!
Hamish is a legend, the beauty of his message is there is always an undertone of responsibility. Which from my perspective is the correct remedy society (the sleeping society) needs.
I am so tired of this trauma healing, let's fix ourselves epidemic. You touched on it a little bit also that we manifest by putting our focus on things, so why does it never occur to people that they are always manifesting something more to be healed? That they are a healing hypochondriac or addict? By focusing all the time to what we need to heal and where is the trauma and what should i fix and heal next, where are my blind spots? where am i broken next? people are really just asking more of it, manifesting more to heal more trauma to be looked at on a constant loop. "Always be wary and look behind your shoulder, go look for your blindspots because they might bite you up in your a** even if you don't know it" The healing never ends because you will always find more of what you look for. You manifest and invite more of it. I am just so tired that people are so ingrained in this idea that we are always broken like the frigging original sin. I guess it is the one thing that even the most spiritually adept people bow to that there's something inherently wrong with us that needs to be fixed. That in of itself is a plain lie.
Thank you so much for this podcast, Nereeda. This discussion was so poignant to me at this moment with what I've been questioning. Did I choose to come here, or is it a prison planet. Hamish's explanation really resonated. ❤🙏
