I'm in my mid 40's. When I was a kid, these films were on local tv stations all the time, and I ALWAYS watched them. When I was a teen, I skateboarded on my stolen Tony Hawk listening to the Misfits. The fact that so many of you little monsters are STILL into this shit does my aging, black little heart proud. Now, if you'll excuse me, I hafta take my Geritol and change my depends...

My buddy Glen and I did a talent show when were15 years old and the look on their face when he belted out those lyrics, while I played (did not have drummer) are so cherished, DOD Supra Distortion baby and a cheap shit fender Strat rip-off straight into the board. Glen wherever you are man, you are my bud!!!! Wow 1987 seems so distant, sometimes. Cheers everyone!!!!! Nope we did not win, but figured I would let you down easily. LOL!😅

I made it when I was around 15 yrs old (I'm 22 now) and can't believe it has so many views (even if it's only for the song, that's cool. It's my favorite from the misfits!) I just saw them yesterday at the Madison Square Garden and it was such an awesome experience! The sound was great and the crowd too. I'll never forget it.

Seen them in " Seattle" actually Auburn WA( white water amphitheater)but listed as Seattle, their equipment was a bit of a mess going in and out but it was one of the most amazing moments of my life. Never thought I'd see them in my life !

seen Danzig 3 times in 2weeks I think 1991 indy were Glenn got in fight with a concert goer next Baltimore were a backstage pass was given to me in the pit .and Richmond VA were my new friend at the time got us backstage through work (record store) .Glenn took pic with my girlfriend and I was nice many other parts of story to tell but will say it was a great time will never forget until I get dementia!!!

The one and only...7" mastermind...one of the original DIY masterminds...that band were legendary before they even put "Walk Among Us" 2 wax...knock Glenn all u want but he was real...never sold out and the Fits and Samhain suffered for the short term along with his rep amongst old schoolers back in the olden days...I saw thru it he was a visionary outlaw...nuff said

they do have used a few scenes of the Frankenstein movies in the clip of Dig Up Her Bones. But Skulls is kind in the same way since Dr.Frankenstein has looked for skulls in order to create the monster in the 1931 movie.

the first misfits song i ever heard was 20 eyes. i found the, walk among us, cassette on sale at a sam goody. must have been 93, or 94. i had also taken home a sleeve pack of tic tac wintergreen mints. i ate them like a maniac as listened to the album in my room. everytime i eat them...i hear this album. everytime i hear a song from this album...i think of wintergreen tic tacs. and murder.

Too many complicated modes and scales recently. Think I'm gonna relax and play some punk today. The thing I like most about punk is that the chord progressions are not standard, don't follow a classical scale, and a non-standard chord progression can be just as difficult to remember as a standard classical progression.
