I remember when i came from the school running to watch her movie, and their stories make me feel part of them. I was dancing her songs and draw rocking girls.
Nice job! This song features what could possibly be the most suggestive line of all the show's songs... I always snicker when I imagine what Pizzazz meant by " What's she got that's better than mine." Tee hee. I was always amazed that lyricist Barry Harman was able to keep the Misfits' song lyrics as "clean" as he did.
+Furyian Fyre Good point! When I was racking my brain for overtly "sexual" songs in the Jem-verse I totally forgot about "Who Is He Kissing?" Considering that censors made Whitney Houston change "making love" to "holding each other" for a song's radio airplay around the same time, it's amazing that line got into a cartoon. Especially when you see what they did to The Misfits' "I Am A Giant" ( see Starlite's two versions )

That's also one of the few genuinely " hot " Jem songs, with a more recognizable guitar presence and kind of a rough edge to it. That's the song I've been waiting for a metal band to cover.
