This has opened up a whole train of thoughts for me. Like why is a fashion game automatically something for a child? Why are feminine “girly” things seen as childish? I collect fashion dolls and it is deemed childish but my dad collects toy cars and it’s fine? Oh society, we still have a lot to talk about.
@RariettyC
@RariettyC Год назад
I feel like it's connected to the idea that women are expected to grow up quickly, and once they grow up they're often expected to reject their childhood interests so that they can productively contribute to society by raising a family or starting a household. Meanwhile, men are generally given a lot more choice and freedom to both hold onto childhood interests and to choose how they want their adult lives to be. I.e. Men who act immature are often shrugged off or justified, whereas women are generally expected to represent the "responsible" gender who clean up after or who mother the men in their lives. A woman is often expected to build her life around others rather than her own interests or desires, and media tends to reflect this as characters who have traditionally feminine interests or who could be described as girly are often associated with being immature, ignorant, arrogant, frivolous, shallow, and/or whiny

Not to mention how sports fans are considered fine and normal, but, say, Taylor Swift fans aren't? One is music and one is sports, sure, but one is also "manly" and one is "girly". Both fans can be in a spectrum of interest (from casual to obsessive), yet people only judge for being a TS fan. Sports fans have been known to do horrible and crazy things throughout history, but you don't get shunned for saying you like sports. You DO get shunned (by mostly men) for saying you like TS. Or K-pop. Or feminine games (despite many " masculine" games having much more toxic players). It just keeps going. Forever and ever. Why do you think pick-me girls really exist?
@kaedelynn
@kaedelynn 11 месяцев назад
Yeah, actually why should it be even called "girly"/feminine when it's fashion or anything related to care/domestic chores, which is something I've also struggled to understand I mean fashion is for everyone, right? The designers can be everyone so wth. is it stereotyped, designated as feminine or girly not to forget there's also even fashion for animals/pets so wth the feminine & girly stereotype and propaganda surely it's not only female who like, design or need fashion/ clothes etc.? I always disliked it when some even went as far when male/masculine people liked fashion to call them disgustin/girly/gay etc. when they're in fact interested in creating, styling & designing or the opposite when someone who's feminine/female doesn't like this or feel they don't have any affinity with certain things. Why do you even have to endure what others dictating what you should like or what's supposed to be suitable for you as they aren't you? It's sickening how far some people go with this. I wonder how many were discouraged/harmed due all of this. It's really mindblowing how outrageous people can be & how far they'll to designate roles & limiting people I think people went off track & got derailed due to this now were back to finally realizing how bad ,damaging & limiting it is when it goes too far.

I'm a cis guy in his 30's and I nearly cried at work with how happy and excited I was when I saw this reveal during the direct at my desk. I have been such a die-hard fan of the series since I picked up Style Savvy back on the DS forever ago. A few of my friends thought I was joking around when I said I was most excited for this!! Its such a bummer so few games have anything to do with fashion (aside from the occasional dress up game like you mentioned)

This reminds me of when I was buying one of the Style Boutique games at a game shop and I was made fun of by a male employee. He said something along the lines of ‘that’s my favourite game’ in a sarcastic, mocking tone. It was upsetting to me that I was being made to feel less than for playing a game based on fashion. The misogyny against femme games is so real.

Just remembered when I used to start the first style savvy game on my DS. Sometimes I was finding my character dressed in Mad-Jack outfits (I never wore this brand) and my boutique changed accordingly. It was my little brother playing it behind my back. It used to make me upset (he never let me touch his games lmao) but in retrospect I'm glad he got to experiment with his sense of style with this game. He eventually stopped but the last few times he played it, he was using AZ-USA. And despite not caring about fashion today, his tastes could be considered a turned down version of AZ-USA. Just a sweet memory I wanted to share. AND PROOF THAT FASHION GAMES ARE NOT ONLY FOR GIRLS.

Yesss. Fashion games being seen as a childish and 'girly'(derogatory in their eyes) will always make me roll my eyes. It provides the same appeal as something akin to Packing or Animal Crossing. I grew up going against 'girly' and 'feminine' things and yet the game was always a blast for me. If anything, it helped to cultivate my personal style and, as you said, express myself. Nowdays I embrace my femininity and adore babydoll style to probably my younger self's horror. The style is pricy so it provides me a comfort to play it in game.

Yes! Well said. It’s disappointing that something like fashion is so easily brushed off, especially when a ton of popular fashion designers are men! This should be right up their alley, honestly. 😂 I get so tired of people looking at stuff like this and saying, “Meh” and treating it like it’s a worthless genre. Have I given them grief about their silly first person shooters? Boring repetitive play and they love it but I’m ridiculous for enjoying styling, design, and creativity? Give me a rainbow of colors over gritty realism any day. My gosh. I think I treasure these kinds of games so much because I rarely get to experience them.

Granted you're not likely to hear someone say "Does this Desert Eagle make my hips look big?" but there is some creativity with weapon and character skins, if you're willing to take the time. Heck, syn sophia's founders sowed the seeds of their fashion coordination with some of the WWE games... ...then again, I'm a sucker for any sort of character or equipment customization in games... RPGs for one, and the Style Savvy series for another. Dressing up is a puzzle of sorts...

I work in a game shop with around 15 staff and like half the people in my store came in SUPER excited about this game! Yes, most of us are girls but we got a gay, a they AND even my straight male partner on board! Dudes who play as chicks in games would LOVE this shit I'm sure of it. They only turned their heads to avoid looking a little too interested. I think that's really a thing too. I think any and everyone could be a gamer if they enjoy videogames. I also remember playing Need for Speed against a friend on my sister's pink Playstation 2. He said he lost because he way playing with a pink controller... As if he just couldn't admit to himself that he lost from a girl. A girl that plays just like any other gamer. Because gender doesn't matter in gaming, at all.

Wait, you had a pink PS2? Man, we got ripped off here in North America; we had black bulky, black slim, and maybe a white slim that was a store display. I guess if you're playing a game of any sort, for that moment you are in fact a gamer. Maybe you're hitting the links, or guiding Link through the hedge, or finding the proper cut of a hedge for your gardenscape or whatever, it matters not.

It would be nice to have more customised options for body types within the game rather than just slightly adjusting the height. Although, I can understand why they don't from a developer perspective. For each range in body type measurements, the game artists will have to create a whole other asset for the not just the character but also to adjust all the clothing items to fit the new model, so there's no clipping issues. I know there are a lot of items in this game. Not only is it that they'd have to adjust the models but also re-Rig the clothes and character models. Overall, if they wanted to go the extra mile, they could, but it's unlikely to see that happen.

Very well said! It's sad in this day and age that people still react this way towards to anything remotley femenine. Games are created as an escape from reality and to entertain. This sort of gatekeeping towards the gaming community is one of the reasons why femenine games are lacking in media and players who enjoy them feel discouraged to play. Great video! Thought I’d share some of my thoughts but want to preface that I’m a straight, white, dude who has never played any of the other titles referenced in the video. Sorry for the essay in advance 🙏 I haven’t been following info about the game too much since it was announced, but as someone who spends at least an hour in character creators in pretty much any game I play, I kinda got a bit excited at the prospect of a game entirely built around this customizing my character. Regarding the decontstructive negativity that was mentioned in the video, I believe it to be very unwarranted. Especially considering the emphasis in most modern games on cosmetics. While most games dont sell their “fashion” as a flagship feature like Fashion Dreamers is doing, it is undeniably an integral part of so many games. My initial thoughts bring me to MMOs where in most communities most players would agree that “fashion is the true endgame”. I feel most people who express unreasonable disgust/negativity toward a game like fashion dreamers just do not have respect for people who don’t share their own interests, and that the best way to handle them is to dismiss their complaints, as while addressing them to an extent is warranted, someone who doesn’t use logic to come to a conclusion won’t be convinced of another conclusion through logic. I’ll probably pick up this game when it comes out to see what it’s like. I know most of my friends that I play games with wouldn’t pick it up cuz it’s not for them, which is fine. But I could see them giving me a hard time for trying it out. But what can I do about it really? Just laugh about it and enjoy the game. At the end of the day even if it is “a game for my sister” who cares? We should be glad that she gets a game that she can enjoy.

Fashion is a form of art. There are barely any decent games purely based upon fashion, on consoles at least, fashion centric games are rare and we've been starved of content since the 3ds. To laugh at it is not just stupid, its pretty immature and shows you can't see what a huge hole in the market this is. Ive been wanting a game like Style Boutique to come to the switch for ages now and here it is. Looks like the devs seem to be improving and working on it, from what ive heard earlier trailers seemed a lot barer on potential gameplay options. Even if its not your cup of tea, at least try to appreciate the creative ideas and potential behind it. Just think. A virtual space where you can create in terms of fashion, aesthetic and design, without having to buy a flip ton of stuff in real life, without having to worry about materials, sourcing and disposal of objects. A virtual playground where you can create to your hearts content anything that is fashion/design related, all to your personal tastes. No limits. Well, sorta, but the ceiling is pretty high from the looks of things. Within the limits of the game, which obviously can be futher updated to include more and more and more, and i hope they do even after it releases to keep adding to it. Its an art lovers dream. (Fashion is a form of art, i specifically refering to art in terms of people who enjoy design and asthetic, not just fashion, or literal pieces of art someone painted, i refer to broader terms of art enjoyers.) This fosters creativity and learning yourself and what you like as well as being able to share and learn from others too. Its a great idea. People who say stupid stuff like, "thats a game your little sister would play, its just for little girls" are so backwards thinking they cant see what a good idea this is and they cant understand, that full ass grown adults are interested in forms of art that isnt just painting or taking photos, or designing rooms, fashion is form of art too. I personally am interested in all forms of art (hell i work in the food industry currently, food is an art too (as well as a science) and anyone who says otherwise is pretty unaware and silly), anything creative just gets me going and that trailer gave me hope for a new, shiny, potential outlet for it. I'll not have these people tarnish my opportunity to get my hands of something like this, in as good a quality as it deserves to be in. I sincerely hope the developers are not downhearted by this and keep making the game because i am all here for it. Keep going guys your doing a great job! (Btw i tried to break this rant up into easier to read bits cus i know i can go on a bit and it can look intimidating, and if you read this far thanks for reading and feel free to share your opinions too, just be prepared as always, for debates to break out, as they do tend to in youtube comment sections, passionate people tend to butt heads, hopefully we can all at least understand, the other side, if we dont agree)😅 That said, talking bout debates i do slightly disagree with the "its feminine" viewpoint. Sure a lot of feminine folks are interested in fashion, and a lot of the time fashion is demonstrated in a femine way, but fashion is not a purely feminine form of art. No art is purely one or the other, its art. At the end of the day i see it like that. I dont see it as feminine or masculine. To me its just art and i love it all the same, in any form it comes in, feminine, masculine or otherwise. 😊 Edit: (and I can't believe I didn't say it but as much as people over use this phrase to death, it is pretty true.) Fashion is a form of expression. And I'm all here for it! 👍

Everybody likes dress-up games. It is a fact. Skyrim, dark souls, and an infinite list of male-oriented games include dress-up as a core part of their experience, but when such experience is catered to more femenine-oriented people, it is treated as a joke and a "type of game that your sister would play". Oh, the hypocrisy. Not blaming Joel, I also like his content, but saying those things about a dress-up game when EVERY YEAR he hosts a wwe-game-tournament thingy with characters that he created... He might have played more dress-up games than me just by doing that! I don't really understand! Anyway, nice video! I recomend Moon's channel video about girl-games, it is such an interesting topic! @@chu-chuns Yes indeed, we need more stereotype breakers when it comes to this seemingly niche videogame genre! Plus, seeing people excited and overjoyed at obscure titles like this( I also lost it over the new Katamari and Fantasy Life surprise announcement drops), is such a pure, wonderful feeling in knowing that someone knows quality when they see it or are elated to see a beloved series get a title on the Switch!

Style savvy is top tier; S tier even when it comes to “girly” games. It shows the kind of potential games targeted to girls usually don’t get. As a 90’s baby & gay gamer growing up, I would be curious & sometimes play the “girly” games but I would quickly get bored of them because of how lackluster they usually were, & it’s because the idea always has been gaming is more of a “boy thing” or “girls don’t play video games” so most companies would be so lazy as to put out something that felt dumb down & unfortunately I think this is why this mindset still exists because many don’t understand the impact that style savvy has & why fashion dreamer is such a big deal to get on Nintendo direct. Like style savvy was a breathe of fresh air (at least for me) & was very much excited when I heard it was coming back, it was literally the highlight of the direct for me. I really hope this becomes a massive hit & starts a trend for “girl” games.

kinda off topic, but how is everyone feeling about the new structure of the game? i loooooved style savvy/style boutique but i really enjoy the actual boutique way of managing your own store and having other nice places you can go to in your little town. from the teasers so far we see this white area where you walk around and just talk to people to grow as an influencer, not as an entrepreneur anymore, which i'm kind of unsure about. anyone else feeling the same way?

I'm trans masc and use they or he pronouns but I'm still "Feminine" by a lot of standards. I've also been a gamer my entire life with a focus on RPGs, Action Adventure, Life Sims, and later MOBAs. While I've never owned a DS or 3DS I've enjoyed the Style Savvy series immensely. I enjoy things like customizing and styling. Spend a lot of money on cosmetics in the games I play (Genshin, League of Legends, Lost Ark, etc) and it's no surprise to me that I enjoy games in this niche as well. Luckily, I have a switch. Which means I'll be able to support Fashion Dreamer when it launches, because it's a niche of gaming that is woefully ignored. :)

I'm also not ashamed to admit I'm Very Curious about the Nikki RPG that's been shown. The mobile games have.... a not so great model imho (I find it a bit predatory and that's coming from a Genshin player), but.... RPGs tend to be different. So I'm really curious how that'll develop. Because it looks damned interesting.

Bloke here in his 30s, I have just found out about this, and im so happy, still have the first 3, Ill tell you a bit about myself, I love this sorta thing simply because i am a blunt man, I wished for a dollhouse when i was young, not because i was questioning who i am or any other silly reason or weird intention, Im just honest with what i like and i really dont care if someone is going to eye roll me for it, and in actual fact it was the 3rd game that my ex kept saying i like kids games, she never believed i was actually into it, the day it released and my birthday week at that, of course i was going out my way to pick it up. When i was young i thought it was pretty silly that boys toys vs girls toys thing, And i hated that because honestly i didnt care what it was, if i thought it was cool i would of played with it as a child, As for the dollhouse, I would use my skills to build / sew things together, because whilst it may just be a static "toy" its the things that you do for them, skills you gain in your own time that put the picture together, chasing your own miniaturized dream, It makes my brain work and i like that. The typical gamer is often after a game they can pour time in and say they are the best, To me, competitive games are just disposable, but also there is a stigma of budget games like SS (Style boutique for me) needs to fight against, their minds are saying "Whos going to play this" where those people are never going to touch it to be frank, and for the rare few, its the game style they always wanted, but dont know it exists. As for the game itself, regarding body type, yeah i would love full customization, but i do feel that its more of an art direction that its not changed, im sure the dev team could make anything look and fit so well in that world, but also it does cost development time even if they had a basic slider system, and how the textures alter on the clothing might cause problems and sometimes clipping if not done well, If its not directly for an art direction, then its just for simplicity, and I like simplicity.

I saw a Tiktok of a guy who summarised the direct and said something along the lines of: Well, and this the game for the 12 year old girls. I found this to be very upsetting and called him out. This kind of behaviour is honestly just mysoginy with a sprinkle of toxic masculinity. "Oh no, if I am caught looking at the screen while the fashion video is playing somebody will make fun of me for being interested in girly stuff!" Simone De Beauvoir wrote that quote 1949. 75 years later and we as women are still just living in a men's world and I am so sick of this! Thank you for bringing light to this topic with your video.

yes, thank you for making this video! the style savvy series is so important to me, even as someone who isn’t particularly feminine, so it made me disappointed to see this kind of reaction from a few. sadly it’s not surprising to me considering how long this attitude has been in the gaming community, i hope it’s able to improve as more people bring it to light

Im an average guy. Im so excited for this game. I was introduced to style savvy by Jimmy whetzel and KitaNashgaming videos. I remembered an old Sakurai quote about trying to find the fun in all games and gave it a shot. I must of spent like 50 hours addicted to style savvy fashion forward. Its disappointing to see the reaction to the direct trailer for Fashion Dreamer but I understand. That being said...Girl that 8 minute long trailer was super helpful! The ability to craft your own designs and all those customization option is enticing. Showroom reminds me of the Dollhouse feature. I hope the dialogue has as much charm as Style Savvy did on the DS. Your video was a great find 👍

I was disappointed at first since I though it was a ripoff but after seeing it was by syn Sophia got hyped again. Regardless it really is unfortunate that many brush this game off as a ”game for young girls” when it can be enjoyed by anyone. I recall discovering Style Savvy Styling Star and being afraid to show my love for it initially as I feared many would thing it’s weird for someone who identifies as male to play a game like this. Though I learned to not care as games are for everyone. Sometimes the gaming community as a whole seems to forget that especially when discussing stuff like easy difficulties or accessibility features.

I misunderstood your title at first. After watching the video, I think perhaps you mean “under represented”, and not actually “misrepresented”? I love the Style Savvy games, and I also happen to like baby games. I’m in my 50s and I think the babies are adorable, and the game play usually isn’t stressful (although the old Imagine Babyz was a bit of a stylus nightmare). Die hard gamers say things like “that’s so creepy”, etc. And killing people and zombies isn’t creepy? Designing worlds and homes is cool, but designing fashion is silly? Absolutely absurd.

Feminine video games are also considered less than masculine games. This includes games that have mainly female players. You're not considered a real gamer by so many guys if you play cozy games. Apparently farming games, animal crossing, dress-up games, life sims etc aren't real gaming material because they don't require you to shoot enemies or grind a level. This makes no sense. I'd like to argue that games like Breath of the Wild and Cult of the Lamb have very similar gameplay loops to some of these cozy games, yet they are considered "real games"? Like you said, what makes a game? Doesn't being a "gamer" just mean you like video games? Does it matter which ones? Why are the ones with predominantly male fans the ones considered real games?
@kaedelynn
@kaedelynn 11 месяцев назад
Yeah true, same goes opposite some guys generally don't believe it when they see a girl admitting they're female on certain games, they're like çit's a lie girls don't play fps games they only like to play casual & cosy, sandbox simulation stuff you're not the norm" & when they find out you really aren't a guy well brave yourself for some pervy messages, luckily this not always the case but yeah itxs not strange to assume this is the norm. You'd definitely get reactions like you're "probably a dude...", " show a selfie/picture or I won't believe you're a girl". Some masculine/men feel the need to create a female/femine character due lack of customization when it comes to outfit or because they dislike to play as masculine/male in some games or imagine a feminine/female person liking to play with a male/masculine char that's mindblowing to some.

I'm nonbinary, and 25, and I am incredibly excited for fashion dreamer - I shied away from fashion and beauty games growing up because they were "feminine" and despite loving to design clothes and style outfits both from my closet and my friends', I was never made comfortable to do that outside of very close relationships - definitely not at home with my family. It was only after I discovered Japanese and Korean fashion subcultures (as I was studying both Japanese and Korean and wanted to not just learn the language, but about the everyday people too), that I started being comfortable showing an interest in fashion and beauty games - I even eventually managed to secure a lot of the games I saw other kids playing growing up or played at friends houses - like the Bratz PS2 games, and some fashion-based DS titles. I was a gamer growing up - my favourites included Spyro, Crash, and a wide variety of RPGs. honestly, now, I don't care if people know I play "childish" or "brightly coloured" games, I have friends I can share them with, and we will love them regardless, and I think that's okay.

The irony of it all is that most gamers love when they can personalize their characters in games. Which is literally dress up. Everyone enjoys expressing themselves with clothes, but as a society we are trained at a young age to view feminine things as shallow and boring. Tho I guess most of the games aimed at girls being shovelware didn't help, but again, I think devs made girl games that are shallow and boring specifically because they consider girly things to be shallow and boring

I avoided this game cuz of it being pricey but also cuz atm I was scared that it'd just be a super dress up game like ya said or that atm itd make it seem like I was gay. Obviously I learned a lot better since than but after ur vid and learning how extensive it is and being a very hyper feminine guy I might buy it if it goes on sale, maybe. Thank you for this! Unfortunately this misogyny is present in many nerd spaces, from the groans whenever an otome game is announced, or the annoyance for shojo and josei anime and manga fans. It saddens me to see so many (mostly cishet male) gamers immediately reject Fashion Dreamer, when not only does it bring a breath of fresh air to a male-dominated space, but it's also a way to get feminine folks into video games! I know I never would have branched out into the world of gaming if it wasn't for the original Style Savvy, and I'm a transmasc person!

Different gamers like Different types of games. I like adventure, RPGs, fighting, horror and design/fashion games. Not everyone does, so I don't think it's rejection as much as it is lack of interest. It's like if you go to a buffet and you pick out your food; you pick what you like or want to try and leave what you don't for someone else to enjoy.

It’s so small minded of gamers to rule out games they deem lower value just bc it doesn’t please them. It’s conceited to believe their demographic is the only demographic to be catered to. And for developers, I think they should up their game. This potential is HUGE. Otome, fashion, and cozy games are growing because their are a large majority of feminine players wanting that desire. Imagine mixing all three genres? Add in horses?! My game! Anyone remember the Barbie dress up game? That sold so many copies! I remember I watched a video on that. The amount of MONEY to create such games and they are just missing out because of sexism and ignorance. Btw if anyone is interested in other fashion games, I am currently playing Love Nikki. It’s an app game and though it isn’t the best because you can’t buy the game, you pay gems (that sort of thing) it is the most comprehensive fashion game I’ve ever played and I can tell the amount of thought put into it and respect for it’s players.

as a guy (trans guy but eh whatever not the point) who never stopped loving 'girly' things like magical girls or fashion it sorta breaks my heart how often being bullied or teased for such 'girly games' happen- like to me this genuinely was my happiest announcement ever I've been over the moon since- it's everything I wanted. boys fashion boy makeup even boys with long hair and the girl fashion too is soo good! but there's this certain... dislike that it feels isolating with things that feature the creative being isolated. Games that focus on the art or creating or styling or aren't scared to show off pink and big dresses. If it doesn't have maths or this huge overarching plot then many people thing its akin to shovelware. But it's not. It's fashion at its core- it captures the entire fashion experience as a whole. Ever since the first game it was just, amazing. In general it's like this with farming sim games too or the like. People who turn their head at it, not even bothering to be happy for those waiting for this. Like I'm not saying run off and love 'girly fashion game'. It's just, respect it more, you know? But it just feels like games like style savvy ends up the butt of the jokes (like its little inclusion for example in smash bros and how the fandom there acted...) it's frustrating, honestly. Fashion and 'girly' media is not a one-sided gendered thing. It can be enjoyed by anyone; it's an art, a form of expression. It's honestly very powerful to embrace it despite the stigma around... liking 'girly' things. Precure, lolita clothes, cute pastel gamer pc setups- so on and so forth, it's so so nice to see people embrace it. It causes more harm than good anyways to try to force it to be this, one-sided negative thing, yk? granted I'm just rambling here, and I apologize, but truly an amazing video captures the point to a T. I'm super excited for the game, and I know many others are too, and hey isn't that what matters in the long run, haha? Cheers again for the great video commentary ❤

I fell in love with the game when I saw it. I am a trans girl, and I want to be a character designer... My only outlet for experimenting around with clothes is in drawings, and it is frustrating. Even now that i am confortable buying femenine clothes in real life, i feel frustrated with the options I find both in real life and the bad quality of online clothes... I really want to play around, to not have to worry about quality and prices, I just want to get creative and try stuff until I feel like i designed something great. Either to use for a character in the future or to buy for myself. If I'm being honest, the only reasons why I bought animal crossing new horizons and pokemon sword was due to the character customization. Animal crossing felt too slow, pokemon felt kinda meh after a while... And the newest pokemon game tossing most of the choices of clothes to the way side felt like a bad blow... So... I am really glad that there is a game dedicated to fashion like this. I hope we get an actual release date soon. It's just the sort of game I have been waiting for for years n. n

I think it should be fine for a series to not have mature themes and taboo topics. I feel it's kind of adjacent with what you're talking about, many gamers immediately dismiss everything they deem childish too. Even such such highly acclaimed series like Mario often meets ridicule from "dudebro" gamers for being childish, smaller games are hurt much more.

Perhaps as you can tell from my pfp, I am agender/genderless. I wouldn't even really consider myself a majority feminine person. People are capable of being masculine, feminine, androgynous, and potentially even something else entirely all at the same time and/or in a fluid and/or fluctuating state like I am. You can even be majority masculine and still enjoy feminine things. Style Savvy really helped me explore my intrest in alt fashion before I could explore it myself. I, who am lolita, like just as much to dress super masculine and majority of the time strive for androgyny or something so out of the box people can't pinpoint it at all. It's okay to be even the slightest bit feminine. It's okay for femininity to exist. That includes in video games.
