Throughout the series, a large number of characters have gone missing. Some have run off of their own accord, others perhaps seized against their will. Some we last saw in great danger while others, well, they’re not so easy to categorize. This episode is dedicated to those characters who have been on the pages but don’t have known locations, let alone fates. This includes a very wide variety of individuals large and small like Tyrek Lannister, Stonesnake, Tysha, Tanselle, and Benjen Stark.

Rewatching this. RIP, Steven Atwell. Why did I just notice how red Ashaya's hair is in this vid? I love it. Edit: I just realized why. I entered the live when Ashaya was offscreen.

The biggest problem I have with the Night's Watch, and Qhorin, is that they were so willing to sacrifice their best men. The Marines teach the exact opposite of this. They frequently told us, "I dont want you to die for your country; I want you to get the poor bastards on the other side to die for theirs!" It takes too long to train a warrior to become good. Qhorin should have had another plan for escaping but I have the advantage of sitting on my couch and pointing out stuff.

Could Stonesnake be Skagosi ie Stoneborn and seen something (maybe the battle at the Fist) that sent him fleeing back to Skagos and we will find him alongside Rickon.

The other Stark cadets are nicknamed Barstarks and Harstarks on the idea they most likely would live in White Harbor and Barrowton.

Cat spells out the various Stark cousins while arguing with Robb about possible heirs. George completely spoiled one of these in a video skyping with Croatian fans. The question comes at just over 5 minutes from the end of the video. I posted a link in the Patreon comments.

I feel like Lord Liddle was supposed to be a one off literary figure to show that "the little people" in the North remember ned and his family, keep faith and hold out hope for their return. I dont, however, think Lord Liddle will set real events in motion that we see on page, esp not by spreading huge news that would impact how the entire story has unfolded thus far. Respectfully that's far too silly imo, pinning pivotal plot points onto unnamed characters with no defined seat or capabilities. I see this idea pop up so often and it gets treated as reasonable when i find it some of the silliest conjecture about the Northern plot lines! Its a huge assumption there is no reason to make, and it doesnt really fit into the honorable/stoic vibe he gives off.

Aegon Bloodborn given he comes from a noble family, might have gotten some coins to take ship to Essos. Maybe there is a possibility of him being in a free company around Meereen or in the Golden Company. I've always imagined that the Prologue for TWOW will end with the poor POV character seeing a monster she-wolf charging towards him, opening her jaws as the howls of a huge wolfpack joins the chorus of battle between Lannisters and the Stoneheart BWB.

There is foreshadowing or parallelism for the wolves in the Riverlands in the history of the coming of the Andals where the Children sent wolves against the invaders.
