Good morning villagers, here's one for you to ponder. The original, very 1st video on the plane that went down in Pennsylvania on that tragic day 22 years ago this month, showed zero plane parts. Wheels, engine's or wings. Just a large hole in the dirt with some paper thrown about. See if anyone can find the original video. Thx. Never forget...
Exactly what I thought. I've seen photos of plane crash's that were on the news. And every single one of them no matter how high they were flying always left visible debris of a plane. Also my brother worked for point magu for decades photographing missile impacts with high speed camera's. He stated that what hit the Pentagon was a missile impact not a plane.
One more quick comment in correlation with the topic on this video, I remember I was at a music festival once in Ozark Missouri in about 2010, there was a crowd of us festival goers that watch an orb horizontally circle a passenger plane while it was traveling. It was broad daylight even though I was at a music festival I was not on drugs or drinking alcohol. Like I said many people saw it, I have to say at least 200 people. And strangely enough the ground shook underneath everyone after this thing went over, I'm unsure if they are both related. Kind of strange though if you ask me the simultaneity of them both.
Interesting, because many people at my school witnessed something similar in 1975. It was at night during our school's PTA open house, and we watched an airliner being followed closely by a green glowing object. The plane wasn't that high up because it was on its landing approach to the Cincinnati Airport, and we could see the green glow on the tail section. Soon after, the object peeled off at high speed, going in the opposite direction of the airliner.

This story reminds me of the many highly intelligent college age men that disappear , although most of the men on the plane were older ,they were still very clever individuals and the fact that everyone on the plane was male is a very interesting point , on an average flight back in the 1930s you would expect at least 30 to 40 % of the passengers to be female . Hi Dave. As always, another great video. I flew helicopters on Tuna Boats in the western pacific. You would be surprised at how fast and large that thunderstorms develop over the ocean, but they usually rain themselves out quickly. You can usually fly around the thunderstorms without any problems. You can not forecast these individual thunderstorms. You can have totally blue sky from horizon to horizon, then a TS will build up very quickly. You do NOT fly into any of these TSs because they can be very violent. For this large clipper, flyng around the TS should not be any problem. A massive fuel leak of the aviation gasoline into one of the wings behind an engine could easily cause cause a catastrophic explosion destroying the aircraft. In that case, there would not be any distress call. There have been numerous aircraft both over the pacific and atlantic oceans which have "disappeared" with no wreckage found. Sometimes, very little will be left floating with all sinking. Certainly, another tragic loss of all on board. There is NO such thing as "unsinkable"! You might say "resistant to sinking". Remember the "unsinkable titanic"? Since this was pre-ww2 and the Japanese military was all over the western pacific, the airplane disappeared very quickly, so no Maday calls, being shot down might be a real possibility. Unless the wreckage is found, a conclusion will not be possible. By the way Dave, Pago Pago, American Samoa, in the Samoan dialect, is pronounced as if it has an "n" in the name: Pango Pango. You're right Dave, I see people ripping off your work and research all the time. But I always make a point to reference you especially when I know for a fact these are 1000000% your cases originally! And every once in awhile I'll get a comment from someone else saying who's Dave Paulidas? Always say he's the guy who did the footwork in the research on these cases and this channel "the channel using your research" is using your work for their views. And a lot of times people will convey interest and will go research your work. Sometimes I'll get a negative comment from the actual host, a lot of times they will downplay your work and complain that I mentioned it lol. It's kind of funny in a way because all it does is confirm to me that people are in fact stealing your work. Love you Dave keep up the good work, I will say since my dad died a year ago it's always good to hear your and Steve's voices daily. So happy heavenly birthday to my dad today. For those folks on this channel whose parents and loved ones are still around don't waste any time if you can, and go see them and let them know you love them.
I don't watch any channels who use the term 'missing 411' or 'mysterious disapearances' and will often click on the 'don't recommend' if they are going to rip off this channel I'm not interested. I only listen to Dave on this subject. True Honest and Respectful!

That's what I said Dave, Franklin Roosevelt. It could have been the Japanese that late in the 1930s. One has to remember Amelia Earhart had disappeared in the South Pacific in 1937. I remember these amphibian airplanes; they were still flying in the 1970s.

Amelia Earhart disappeared in July 1937 in the same part of the world. Hmmm. One relevant aspect of that time and place is possible secret Japanese war preparations.
The Clipper disappeared over the Devil's Triangle. A lot of strange things happen in that area. I once observed an RB-57 disappear into a portal or void as it made its approach to land at Andersen AFB on Guam. That was about the spring of 1970 or there abouts. We had 128 B-52 bombers, some tankers and misc other craft there at the time. I was running engines on a KC-135 near the end of the runway on the highest point overlooking the ocean at the time. It made its turn parallel to the runway and was about 400 yards away and slightly above my level. It was a bright, sunny afternoon with unlimited visibility. The plane simply vanished with a crew of five. It did not impact the water and no trace of it was ever found. A C-121 commercial cargo plane had disappeared a couple of years earlier on the nearby Island of Tinian. It was rolling down the runway after landing when it shimmered as in heat waves and disappeared.
Somehow this reminds me to the PBM-5 Mariner flying boat,which got lost on searchimg for Flight 19 in the Bermuda triangle ! Thanx for your great work !!!
What an interesting and sad event---those were a lot of talented men to lose all at one time. If an Unexlained aireal phenomenon was involved---it might have sent their navigation systems into koo-koo land. 1938...hazardous times back then, pre-WWII. (almost as hazardous as now)

I’m currently watching Unsolved Mysteries and V1:E5 is called Berkshires UFO and the stories in it are so similar to Missing 411 stories as well.Almost every encounter takes place near or at water.
Im a Navy guy.,.. never heard this story before; excellent and bizarre. Like ten thousand IQ points amongst the passengers on that plane... something unusual happened...no doubt. That plane exploded over the water or....it was brought down. More stories, Mr. Paulides!

I was just waiting to see if you were going to include comment on the passengers too. Mention this as some think thats why MH370 disappeared. The wealth of condensed expertise may have been too valuable to overlook to some entity, particularly considering the area in which the expertise was in, germ warfare and relevance to current day topics. In similar vein militaries adopt same tactics in targeting, recent Wagner episode refers.

Great upload Dave! This is a weird one. There was another case of a pilot flying from the Bahamas to Miami, who described flying through a spiraling cloud that was pulsating and ended up in Miami 10 minutes later over Miami Beach. I would say that it would be a good idea to check the weather in other countries in 1938 on the day that they flew out and at the time the Captain said it was raining and rough to see if another country’s weather forecast matches what he described. But it still begs the question… Where are these people going that they don’t come back and are never found???

This story is interesting. Amelia Erahart went missing in this region. In this video the passengers aboard this flight were amazingly successful in their fields. It's stunning how many people of exception are lost in this region of the pacific.

In the search for there infamous Flight 19 a Martin Mariner search plane , by accounts ,exploded in flight.. Other searchers saw flash of light in the relative position of the Mariner. In fact the Mariner, a high winged seaplane, was sarcastically called the Flying Ronson. Ransons were a brand of cigarette lighter whose advertising slogan was They Light Every Time. The Mariners were known to have chronic fuel leaks. Hence, they experienced many fires and explosions. Thus, the Ronson slogan references. The reference to the earlier disappearance of the Samoa flight and the witnessing of a flash in the sky could also lead to the proposal that the Clipper(s) experienced the same kind of fuel leaks with disastrous results since the clipper was also a Martin product
