Booked a hotel room in Greece Feb ’20, purchased the flight tickets for the whole family and that trip never happened. Got a refund from the airline in August ’20 (the trip was to be held in June). As for the hotel room - I booked it through their official website, not through the agency, with an option of paying at the reception. I also had an option of canceling my booking a week prior to our arrival at the hotel. So this was just a matter of a few emails between me and the hotel’s crew. No money loss. We actually managed to visit this hotel a year later, and I’m happy we did it. The morale of the story - explore your options, always make sure there is a way out of the ’deal’. And happy traveling!

I can't complain... I decided to Entrepreneur and I started a new business on January 2020... A great business in times of Pandemic... A restaurant.... But we learned a lot with our mistakes and I would say that I am the type of person who learn from my mistakes. And we know that good things come for those who learn new lessons from life!!!
